Yes, if you start putting the pieces together. Spo Global incorporated on Aug 2nd shortly after AMS at same address incorporated on 8/6, then if you dig into “ALLURE” not saying that’s what it is but weird to have same addresses you find the CEO and others have a lot of quite large businesses in Florida and much more then just that, did a lot of digging into AMS CEO and VP found a lot of interesting stuff.

Six companies, one by one, hopefully that is the reason for the pretty large issuance of shares. That many shares won't be an issue if the revenues to back it up are there. May still reach that cost figure depending on how big this actually grows to once all the mergers are done. Hopefully they provide a date some time soon. I am still waiting and holding all the shares I have for it hoping it pays off.

Ok what's all this bs. Everything I have said has happened. I did my dd and talked to the right people to get the info I needed to increase my investment here and average down. The info given to me in sep/October has not penned out. It has happened 3-4 times and that's why I have stopped msging about it. We were told news last week. Nothing happened. Last communication was he is back to work this Monday. So something will hopefully happen this week. I Don't give a #### about impatient trolls. IT happens when it happens. I relay info from my Dd. NO one is forcing you to make decisions on my Dd. You can do it yourself. Contact the accountant.

A lot to the process once the incorporation was done, then you have to go through issuance, audits, and a lot. So incorporation was finalized on 8/2. Then goes into finalization or the rest. We’ve seen the shares have been issued for the merger, now just need the news on it.

Rish sent me a PM of a conversation they have with some guy who is involved with the merger apparently and the guy said early next week there will be good news. Meaning this week, which is now into I guess late this week since its Thursday. The hurricane may have delayed things since they are incorporated in Florida but Idk, every day beyond Q3 for me makes this seem less and less believable that something will happen. I am still holding and plan to but they are really dropping the ball but saying literally nothing after promising Q2, then Q3 and here we are Q4.

Nov. 14/15 is the time by which I expect to hear something more about the merging company. Just taking the last quarterly publication date 8/14 and adding three months to it. 
In the meantime it would be OK with me if someone spilled the tea outside of an official release.
What makes the long hold easier is the market suuuuuucks these days. It's not like we're surrounded by tempting exponential runners allover the place, a la 2021.
Look at the 6-month and yearly charts for 90+ percent of all the stocks that draw the most interest and chatter on iHub. They mostly look like drawings of the biggest downslope of a giant rollercoaster.

Facts remain.

- They finalized the incorporation into Florida, as listed on Florida SOS in August.

- Shares have been issued, we all know it’s not due to dilution so it only points to issuance for the merger. No other reason the O/S went up unless it’s a private investor. Most likely were issued due to issuance for new merger and control of the Company.

- They have spent the time, money and effort to doing all this for a reason.

Just a matter of waiting for the announcement at this time.

Its not so much impatience for me on this as it was originally set to merge in Q2 then got delayed, which is fine and they gave a reason and kept us in the loop. Then said it would be Q3, which has come and gone with the only discernable action being adding a pile of shares so not always the best indication so I am told. I am still holding like I said, but it would be nice if they at least made a statement like hey, its gonna happen still cause adding more shares and radio silence does not come off the best to people I would think.

Ya Q3 has come and went. I fear many people will jump ship as they didn't even make an annoucement about the status of the merger. I'm sure people would be more willing to hold if they had at least addressed it but I don't know what today and moving forward will look like. Thankfully I don't have a huge stake here so I am gonna hold to see what happens but it was a pretty dumb decision of them to not at least say something.

Would this be so the merging company can take a controlling interest you think? In my limited experience I have seen people say that is a typical move for when there is a merger as the company coming in needs to be able to secure a stock position somehow that gives them a controlling interest. At the very least something has finally happened with SPOM to let us know the company is still alive.
