SEFE is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

Here's the dill for me, poking around at Tesla's work in 2009 I stumble up on SEFE. Should have bought Tesla Motors but didn't. Now you and I know there's something with this energy of SESE. SEFE just never had the big guns to get it going but they sure tried...the concept needs work by someone with the funds and faith. The last we heard, they were doing tests by helicopter in Wyoming to measure the static electricity potentials. All the patents they filed, etc, lots was started but no followup. The office they opened in Colorado went belly up.

o SEFE has developed a proprietary technology to harvest the constant and powerful static electricity that is continually formed in the earth's atmosphere. Through a series of patent-pending devices, SEFE can draw the static electricity in direct current form from the atmosphere, converting it to alternating current for immediate power consumption. And, the system can reconvert the alternating current back into direct current form for longer-term storage in banks of batteries. I have no idea, but unless they audit 2012, 2013, and file the qs for 2014, and by the time they get there 2014 audit will be due. They soon will be revoked by the SEC and everyone will be holding stock with no symbol. And they cannot write it off either if they cannot sell it.
