"Romios Gold Resources Inc. has discovered a series of high-grade gold veins, assaying from 12.65 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) to 72.6 g/t Au in four of five samples, on its North West claim block in the Golden Triangle of northwest British Columbia. The veins appear to be controlled by a well-developed set of northwest-southeast trending faults.

John Biczok, PGeo, Romios Gold's vice-president of exploration, commented, "Romios's brief 2022 exploration program on the North West claims resulted in not only the highest-grade gold assays ever found on the property, but also the identification of a set of probable control structures up to one kilometre long that now provides an exciting focus for our future exploration work."

Romios discovery at Trek South is drill ready for the upcoming season!

EXPLORATION STAGE
The Trek South porphyry-skarn prospect is now at the drill-ready stage.
Geological mapping, rock sampling, hyperspectral surveys, 3 lines of IP surveying and one line of MT surveying were completed in the 2019-2022 period. An airborne magnetic-EM survey was completed in 2007 and this data has proven very useful in light of the recent work.
Several strong drill targets of considerable extent are evident in the 2022 IP results (up to >800 m long x 250-500 m wide and >600 m deep). These geophysical targets underly the centre of the porphyry system and extend under the Cu-W skarn area.

To date only the gold assays have been received from the April sampling; the multi-element analyses including the copper and silver results are pending.

Red Line Project

The Red Line claims cover over 1,851 hectares and are located in the central part of the “Golden Triangle” mineralized district of NW British Columbia. They are situated along the “Eskay Rift” belt of rocks that host the Eskay Creek Au-Ag deposit 30 km to the south.

The original 5 claims were staked by Romios on August 27, 2020 to cover a section of the “red line” contact between Lower Jurassic Hazelton Group rocks and Upper Triassic Stuhini Group rocks, a highly prospective regional contact along which numerous porphyry Cu-Au-Ag and several gold deposits are localised.

An additional claim was staked by Romios on January 21, 2022 when the ground to the south covering an area of fault-related conglomerates came open.

with an option to buy out 1%. This could result in significant income to Romios upon the discovery of a mine, with no further expenditure by Romios.

Some very good news for Romios!

The company owns 5 million shares of another junior mining company-ENDR.V (Enduro Metals Corporation) and fortunately another payment of 4 million shares and $1 million cash are due to Romios in November.

-These payments are for various properties in the British Columbia "Golden Triangle". Enduro has spent many millions over the past several years in exploration and is very excited with what they have been finding.

-ENDR is currently trading at .25 cents so at current prices that means Romios will hold $2.25 million in Endurometal shares when the next share payment arrives, plus Romios treasury will receive another $1 million in cash as per their original agreement.

-If Enduro shares continue to rise (and the company knows how to market themselves so that is quite possible) Romios will contiue to gain value.

-With a current valuation of around $8-$9 million CAD, Romios could soon be trading at cash value along with a kicker of 4 or 5 highly regarded properties under their control as well!

-Plus drill results will be coming soon from their Lundmark-Akow Lake cu/au property near the Musllewhite Mine in the Kenora District.

-Holding shares in these juniors can make you very rich if you get the timing right...

An outline of the Romios deal with ENDR.V (formerly Crystal Lake Mining) for earning into properties in B.C's Golden Triangle: (A sweet deal for Romios with $1million cash payment plus 4 million shares due at the end of November 2021).

The Deal

To acquire a 100% interest in the 436 sq. km Newmont Lake Project, Crystal Lake must complete the following:

$8 million in exploration expenditures at Newmont Lake over the next three years ($3 million in Year 1 and $2.5 million in each of Years 2 and 3. A total of $508,914 in expenditures made by Crystal Lake since October, subject to verification, will be credited toward the Year 1 commitment through September 20, 2019)
$2 million in cash option payments to Romios as follows: $250,000 on signing of Letter Agreement (paid) and a further $250,000 payable on each of 90 days, 180 days and 270 days following regulatory approval of transaction; a final $1 million payment upon Crystal Lake earning its 100% interest
A total of 12 million shares of Crystal Lake will be distributed to Romios over a three-year period – 4 million each year, with the first 4 million shares issued following regulatory approval of the transaction (subject to normal hold period and a “lock up” provision).


Crystal Lake will be the operator during the earn-in period, which it can accelerate at its discretion, and Romios will have the right to appoint one director to the CLM board.

Romios will retain a 2% Net Smelter Returns Royalty (NSR) on the Newmont Lake Project, or on any afteracquired claims within a 5 km radius of the current boundary of the project, which may be reduced at any time to a 1% NSR on the payment of $2 million per 0.5% NSR.

Crystal Lake will issue two million “bonus” shares to Romios in the event one or more NI-43-101 resource estimates collectively exceed one million ounces of gold equivalent resources in the Indicated and Inferred categories, and an additional one million “bonus” shares for each full one million additional ounces of gold equivalent resources which is so documented.

I have owned Romios for years also-
The company has had excellent ground in the Golden Triangle forever and did a deal with Enduro Metals a couple of years ago which was very nice for Romios as they got about $8 million in cash plus shares in the other company if I recall correctly.

-Now they are drilling their 100% owned Lundmark-Akow property which is 18 km away from the Musslewhite Mine in Northern Ontario and has a lot of the sae characteristics.
