major breakthrough in accessing the Shanghai market. He stated senior
officials in Fuzhou's Municipal Government, and a company associate who is a
high ranking official in the Central Government in Beijing, organized a 2
dayprogram in Shanghai to formally introduce the company to senior development
and regulatory officials in Shanghai and prominent leaders from Shanghai's
private sector.

"Last week the World Trade Organization in Geneva authorized China's
application to join the WTO. Formal approval is expected in November. Rocky
Mountain (Fuzhou) Drug Co., Ltd., a wholly foreign-owned company in China,
possesses very valuable rights and licenses to capitalize on China's
joining theWTO", stated Mr. Hodge. Shanghai's dynamic leadership recognizes the value
of these rights and entered into lengthy discussions with the company about
how to develop a co-operative program that would be mutually beneficial.

"What is significant", Mr. Hodge explained, "is that this company has the
rightto immediately import or export healthy foods and drugs once China is a WTO
member. Western companies who want to fast track their entry into China
willwant to use this right and conversely Chinese healthy food and drug
companies also want to access this right." (Last year China's healthy food
market was worth 12 billion USD.)

"Shanghai's leaders want to assist their healthy food and drug industry
capitalize on China's WTO membership as quickly as possible", stated Mr.
Hodge.

As a result, the following co-operative understanding was reached.

a) Shanghai city will let the company use its Fujian licenses to enable the
company to enter that market immediately. The company will simultaneously
apply for a Shanghai municipality business license which often takes up to a
year to obtain. The company will soon receive formal approval from the
chiefmagistrate in Shanghai to commence business in facilities identified
earlier.
b) By the end of this month, the company will have full authority to do
business and work in Shanghai. Many government leaders have close
relationships with many wealthy businessmen in Shanghai. The city will work
with the company in dividing the city into zones. Each zone will have the
capacity to support a certain number of franchise stores and a certain
numberof company-owned stores. The city's private sector friends will
be "encouraged" to buy a certain number of franchises in each zone. The
city's Real Estate Department will assist the company in leasing ideal
locations(much sought after by other entrepreneurs!)

c) The city will introduce the company to major state-owned drug companies
and will assist the company in setting up distributors.

d) The company, in turn, will work with the city to assist healthy food and
drug companies they identify to use the company's export permits and network
to develop export opportunities immediately after China's entry to the WTO.

e) The city will assist the company in product promotion. The company has
been invited to join Shanghai's prestigious National High Quality Consumer
Products Show in November. This show is co-sponsored by the National
Foreign Economic Relations Committee and the city of Shanghai. The
government will assist the company by paying 25% of the costs. They
suggest the company use this venue to promote its franchise program, etc.

f) The Central Government will encourage Beijing and Guangzhou cities to use
the Shanghai model in helping the company enter those markets and to work
with their drug and healthy food companies.

g) The company will also get help from these municipal governments and the
Federal Government in getting product approvals.

h) Government officials welcome prospective investors to contact them
directly or to visit them personally to verify this. The company can

"Shanghai", said Mr. Hodge, "is elated it is able to host APEC and
PresidentBush's visit to Shanghai in October and it wants to be one of the first
Chinesecities to capitalize upon China's joining the WTO." They like the fact the

September 25, 2001 Vancouver, Canada - Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc.'s (Pink Sheets: RMGS)
General Manager of Rocky Mountain (Fuzhou) Drug Co., Ltd., Mr. Jiang Shao
Shu, announced that approval has been received from the Fujian Hygiene
Bureau for a new product to serve the high end of China's 12 billion USD
healthy food market. The product, called Royal Jelly Ginseng Paste, is
packed in 315 ml glass jars.

"An extremely attractive gift pack containing 2 jars of the products was
introduced at a major consumer trade show in Quanzhou September 15th", Mr.
Jiang said. "This was just in time to enter the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival
market which is a prime time for consumers to buy gifts for others."

"Because of the high quality of the product, the attractiveness of the gift
pack and the widespread acceptance of the product in test markets, sales
were brisk and the product should have a good future", Mr. Jiang concluded.

Rocky Mountain -- Fuzhou -- Drug Co., Ltd. to Enter U.S. Market

Sept. 19, 2001-- Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc.'s (Pink Sheets:RMGS) General Manager of their China operations, Mr. Jiang Shao Shu, announced in Fuzhou today that he is establishing an international division to enable the company to market internationally not only its goods, but also a broad range of high quality healthy foods produced by other manufacturers.

"The reasons for this are three-fold," Mr. Jiang said. "First, there is a WTO meeting next week and China has been asked to attend. Speculation is high in China that approval will be given to permit membership for China in the WTO in November of this year." Such membership, he stated, will greatly facilitate the marketing of Chinese goods internationally.

"Second, as the company is broadening its supply source of drugs and healthy foods which will be needed when the company initiates its retail store franchise program later this year, manufacturers have asked the company if it will be able to use its North American base to market their Chinese products," he further stated.

Earlier this week, the company reached a distribution agreement with an Inner Mongolian based company called Inner Mongolia Alashan Cong Rong Group Co., Ltd. which produces highly acclaimed, award winning healthy foods and tonic wines from desert plants, to distribute their goods in Fujian province. An integral part of this agreement, Mr. Jiang added, was the desire of that company to work with Rocky Mountain on the distribution and marketing of their products in the USA. Mr. Jiang elaborated that numerous other companies have expressed interest in taking advantage of its North American affiliation to market their products.
"The third reason for establishing an international division is that in North America there is a very large and affluent Asian population who represent a prime target market for us," Mr. Jiang concluded. China's WTO membership will let Rocky Mountain access this market.

Vancouver, Canada - Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc.'s (Pink Sheets: RMGS)
company President, Brian Hodge, is pleased to announce Rocky Mountain
(Fuzhou) Drug Co., Ltd. has a new retail shop and distribution base to serve
eastern Fujian province.

On August 30, 2001, a new drug store, with a floor space of 200 square
meters, was opened by the Fu Ding City Drug Co., Ltd. It is the largest
drug store in Fu Ding city and is the first of 20 such stores to be opened
over the next 2 years said Mr. Hodge. Rocky Mountain (Fuzhou) Drug Co.,
Ltd. has a retail shop which is the focal point of the new store. It
occupies about 20% of the floor space.

The new store received major support from civic officials who are most
pleased that a western style retail drug store chain is being developed in
their city. Mr. Hodge added that participants in the opening festivities
included city Mayor, Mr. Chen Min Sheng, Vice Mayor Mr. Li Cheng Pan,
Magistrate Mr. Liu Lun Yan and General Manager of the Fu Ding Drug Co.,
Ltd., Mr. Xu Zu Liang. The opening received excellent media exposure and
was featured in the business section of the evening news on the local TV
station said Mr. Hodge.

Sales of Rocky Mountain's products were very brisk. During the first 4 days
since the store opening retail sales totaled 25,700 RMB (3,107 USD). The
shop's manager feels that monthly sales will average about 50,000 RMB (6,046
USD). Fu Ding Drug Company's General Manager, Mr. Xu Zu Liang, said that
the concept of having a specialized healthy food shop within the drug store
is being well received and he plans to do this in all 20 drug stores he is
opening.

"The Fu Ding Drug Co., Ltd. is the largest drug company in Fu Ding," Mr.
Hodge said. "It was established over 10 years ago."

One of the shareholders in Fu Ding Drug co., Ltd. is the Wenzhou Drug Co.,
Ltd. which is the major drug company in Wenzhou, an affluent city of 14
million people. Mr. Hodge stated that Mr. Zhu Yong You, President of
Wenzhou Drug Co., Ltd. and 3 senior executives traveled to Fu Ding City
August 31, 2001 to meet with him and Rocky Mountain's General Manager, Mr.
Jiang Shao Shu. The Wenzhou Drug Co., Ltd. sales are over 1 billion RMB (121
million USD) annually. "Their traditional source of ginseng has been closed
so the company is seeking a new alliance," Mr. Hodge said. "The Wenzhou
Company also expressed interest in Rocky Mountain's full line of healthy
foods. While discussions are only in the embryo stage, the prospect for
future cooperation appears very promising," Mr. Hodge concluded.

The company is the largest drug retailer and wholesaler in eastern Fujian province. It owns 20 drug stores located in Fuding, Ning De city, and Fu An city and also has operations in 8 counties. The market population is 512 million and the region is very affluent. The agreement allows Rocky Mountain Ginseng to open retail shops within each drug store.

Preparations are underway to open the first Rocky Mountain Ginseng shop inside the largest drug store in Fuding. Mr. Chen said Rocky Mountain (Fuzhou) Drug Co., Ltd. has already begun shipping products to The Fuding Drug Co. Ltd.

August 20, 2001 Vancouver, Canada - Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc.'s (Pink Sheets: RMGS) Company President, Mr. Brian Hodge, announced today that the company is embarking on a 4 year, 1,000 retail store expansion program. It is expected that one-third of the stores will be company-owned. The company is actively seeking franchisees for the remaining two-thirds of the store expansion program.

Mr. Hodge stated that having a production facility and available nutritional supplements (known as healthy food products in China) combined with the right to establish company-owned stores and franchised stores anywhere in China has prompted the company to enter the retailing field in a major way. Profit margins are significantly higher and inventory financing is much lower than in wholesaling he said.

Establishment of a solid base of retail stores will provide a marketing network and enable the company to seek alliances with nutritional supplement manufacturers worldwide. With China's forthcoming entry into the WTO it will be easier for foreign companies to enter the Chinese market.
