Hello Snowhover,
You might have something worth holding. I presume you saw the announcement from July 2012. There is not much detail in this announcement and it did not generate much volume. It seems like it is
a variation on the Tru Technology for which they hope to exploit with oil producers and refiners. They are still looking for big investment.

In any case, I hope to see it go up too.

I am currently banking on a pitiful company called MSGI Securities (MSGI). It is in deep doo doo. There is a chance that they will survive and there is a chance that they will make a bunch of money. All this should unfold very soon. For now, it is just waiting to see how the lawsuit they have against Hyundai turns out. Supposedly, we will find something out on April 10th.

Keep an eye on it. How is Germany these days? I used to live in a small town called Dormagen. I hope to visit Germany again one day.

Henderson, Nevada, July 20, 2012 – Rival Technologies Inc. (US Symbol: RVTI) has entered
into its first license agreement relating to commercial development and use of TRU Technology.
This agreement provides the Licensee with worldwide rights to TRU Technology when used in
combination with a separate hydro-treating technology; and allows Rival to continue to
develop and license TRU as a stand alone technology to other oil producers and refiners.

This first license will help advance TRU Technology to commercial use, and provide revenue to

(Other OTC:RVTI.PK - News) reports that in a recent run of their primary upgrading technology, subsidiary TRU Oiltech has documented the highest ever conversion of Athabasca bitumen to TRULITE(TM) - a distillable pipeline grade synthetic crude oil (SCO).


Typically, bitumen contains less than 45% distillable components (naphtha, distillate and gas oil), and cannot be pipelined to a refinery.

Using 10.7 API bitumen and the TRU(TM) process we achieved an 86.3% volumetric yield of pipeline grade SCO containing 82.7% distillables which represents 71,400 (82.7% X 86.3%) barrels of distillables from 100,000 barrels of bitumen feedstock.

The competitive product, pipeline grade SCO "dilbit", prepared by blending this same bitumen with condensate contains only 61.5% distillables, i.e. 61,500 barrels from 100,000 barrels of dilbit.

(Other OTC:RVTI.PK - News) is pleased to report that it has scientifically confirmed, with a correlation coefficient of .979, the market value of light synthetic crude produced by its TRU(TM) process. This market value is comparable to other well-known refinery feed stocks, but produced by TRU(TM) at a much lower cost.


Average published prices were obtained for twenty-five sour crude refinery feedstocks and used to correlate prices with eight sour crude quality factors: API (density), TAN (acidity), Nitrogen, Sulphur, Nickel, Vanadium, microcarbon residue (MCR) and simulated distillation residue. This was done using multiple regression analysis to eliminate any bias from the correlation. "The excellent resulting correlation coefficient of .979, confirms that TRU(TM) has a feedstock value of $50 per barrel, comparable to well known mainstream refinery feedstocks," stated Klaus Oehr, Director of Research and Development for TRU Oiltech.

"The many advantages of using our synthetic crude feedstock as compared to dilbit (condensate diluted bitumen) are core elements to commercializing the TRU(TM) process," added Sandy Constable, President of TRU Oiltech.

Diluent (condensate) at a ratio of 30% diluent to 70% bitumen is standard for blended heavy oils. Using current prices, producers currently purchase $20 of condensate for each barrel of feedstock sold at $50. The TRU(TM) process eliminates the need for condensate. No, I just bought into this little runner thinking it would kinda well, but its doing better than I thought.
