Buying RMRK is a no-brainer at these level. Now that CRCW is confirmed as buying RMRK, honestly, I can't figure out why the PPS is still so low. Maybe the share price is being suppressed...? Insiders getting the friends and family discount before press release...? Lol, who knows, but i do know that I've seen triple 000's with this share count go as high as .10-.12 shortly after initial PR's are made. AND this is absolutely a bitcoin play, the hottest sector out there! We should have a good idea (beyond speculation) of what assets are going into RMRK soon!

there will a Big PR here describing all the details of the acquisition of RMRK mentioned in the CRYPTO company 10 Q filing !


they will unveil their plans for RMRK and the new CEO will be announced


the current status filings should start hitting later this month !

Once their plan is unveiled for RMRK ,a value for the price will be directly established

maybe RMRK will be just the carrier of the digital Assets of the CRYPTO company $$$

or maybe a full reverse merger will happen

in both cases RMRK could fly into pennies overnight !

This genera, this industry group, if you can call it that, is going to BLOW AWAY the stupid weed stocks that all blew off(look up the investment term) when only unsuspecting people were left owning shares. The difference between this area and the weed area is this is LEGAL, this is CUTTING EDGE, there is WORLD WIDE momentum that CANNOT BE STOPPED and after reading dozens of articles and watching dozens of videos of bio's of the major players and also discussions of the probability of this industry group to take off (not to mention all the PERFECT filings by the main players) I can say that this is one of the best opportunities on the OTC!

Will RMRK be one ticker that will be the rocket? I have no idea. I do expect to see pennies at some point. Give me a few pennies and I will be happy as can be. But I suspect that there will be much more to come. Projections in the industry vary wildly. Any sub penny stock is a crapshoot. BUT THE RIPE FRUIT IS HANGING LOW. Pick a few. You will not regret it. BUY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN while you can.

I've posted on CR and here about the possibilities as I see them.

Consider the disparity between the share structures of both companies. Then, we have to balance the share value of CR and RMRK to represent what CR is actually worth.

When we know the share structure, and value of company, then we can determine a price.

Look at CR today. $10 market value.

The trades on CR over the last week have been strange at best. I believe it to be some kind of test as to what market wil pay.

It's been $3-25. The $100 asks didn't get touched.

Hard to say what price will be without specifics of SS.

You can play with numbers tho. The disparity is over 10x.

I'm not sayin RS, share buyback for a financially stable company is possible, but I can't say what they will do.
Even if you have 5 mil now, and they RS 100:1 and put price in dollars, do the math.

One thing I know, is if this goes through, anyone holding will be rewarded.

The par value for the deal was related to where's the price has held over the past while.
This par value could be the share buyback.

Congrats on your stash!!! But this post also shows that when traders are yelling about the company dumping shares it very well could be just a FEW TRADERS and not the company!!! The OTC is full of whales and they too can control the PPS
