@ smitter Thank you. It seems interest in the stock is building.
REPR Keeps going Blue Skies!
Congrats I am so happy for you!
Interesting trading pattern. More then half of the daily volume came in the last minutes.
100k block at 3:57 on Friday. Average trading volume under 50K and that has been bumped up lately. Whole think seems peculiar to me? Maybe an institution is buying? Just speculation.
it was an interesting trading day for sure. A drop to $2.81 before spiking up to a new intra day high of $3.18. Then closed with a 100K block (about 40% of the days volume). Interestingly the 100K block did not really move the needle. The trend is pointing up.
After the mid day dump, the share price has recovered to a new high.
31K shares on the bid--portends well.
FDA Approves Xembify (immune globulin subcutaneous) for Primary Immunodeficiencies
Barcelona, July 4, 2019.- Grifols, a leading global producer of plasma-derived medicines, announced today that Xembify, its new 20% subcutaneous immunoglobulin, has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Xembify is used to treat primary immunodeficiencies
RMS has partnered with Grifols to provide the pumps. This is a validation of the RMS strategy of partnering with drug companies as they introduce Sub Q therapies. The revenue stream from this partnership looks to start by the end of the year.

smitter - big news and two, yes two shares traded. Wonder if the analyst from Craig-Hallum, Alex Nowak will issue an update?
Smitter this is huge news. The money saved in legal expenses goes right to the bottom line. Read my other posts today.
If I remember correctly, the legal costs for the last quarter were over 400K. The ruling gave ordered that RMS was to get reimbursed for court costs. That is not to say all of the 400K was related to this case. And to be awarded something by a court does not mean that RMS will collect it. I think the smartest thing for emed to do is settle the remaining cases.
I hope this is the beginning of the end of litigation between the two companies. For RMS medical the litigation has been an expensive diversion of money and focus. Note that RMS will get reimbursed court costs. This should be an inducement for emed to settle any additional cases.

When I read this I thought of John Toomey.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/rms-medical-products-appoints-john-130000322.html
The RMS Medical product line is totally mechanical and they are simple, functional and dependable. Their design reflects their creator, Andy Sealfon. Today's world is digital and I see John Toomey adding digital features, a freedom60 with digital flow monitor and bluetooth?
Updated the Ibox
Nice I had not seen that Investor Presentation!
smitter, I see you are followed by a lot of people so spread the love. I added to my position today.

MWM Says it’s a great company as well! Nice investment.

smitter - i think this stock has the potential to become part of the russell 3000. The company is just scratching the surface with regards to sales. New management, no debt.

RMS Medical Products Receives Favorable Court Ruling
CHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Repro Med Systems, Inc. dba RMS Medical Products (OTCQX: REPR) (“RMS Medical” or “the Company”) today announced that on June 24, 2019 the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Case No. 2:15-CV-01167-JRG-RSP) issued a decision recommending that RMS Medical’s motion for summary judgement of non-infringement against EMED Technologies (“EMED”) be granted and that the case before it be dismissed.
As previously reported, on June 25, 2015 EMED filed a case in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas claiming patent infringement on one of its patents by the Company’s needle sets and seeking unspecified monetary damages. This case is one of several pending between RMS Medical and EMED.
On June 26, 2019, EMED filed objections to the decision.
The decision of the Magistrate Judge serving in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, EMED’s objections and associated documents will be reviewed by the District Judge. RMS Medical believes it will prevail on the merits and the District Judge will uphold the decision of the Magistrate Judge and dismiss the case, although there can be no assurances.
That’s one Huge Candle and it will happen to our other on Up List day!
.40 dip and now green and you don’t see anyone complaining!
Professionally owned security here!
Nice 8k
REPR
8K this morning!
Didn't know there was an S1 as well.
Have a small position. I run 2 portfolios. 1 traditional and 1 speculative/special situations/etc. REPR is in the second one. I have a bunch of stock in 2 investments that I was hoping would complete last year/early this year. Both are dragging for no reason which limited my investments in this and a few others.
I did not know that! We used to have a lot of fun together! Damn!
yes, it's way ahead of fundies. flying on hopium. however much of that hopium is justified so I don't expect a sudden collapse.
stock does seem to me getting ahead of itself
that euphoria might break today. third day of the third breakout and parabolic at that.
still have half of my original position. .25 to 2.5 was enough to loosen my grip a bit. may reload some when the euphoria breaks.
commando - sorry to hear that.
Thank you for telling me. i asked for the post to be removed
Rawnoc pasted away. He was a good friend of mine.
mrholty - I was looking through some of the old posts here and your name came up. You seemed on the boarded about investing. Hope you did buy a few shares.
Happy did you invest in RMS systems? Stock is taking off.
hey Budge, Been a while since I have seen you posting here, Are you still following RMS medical? Closed at 2.70
MWM - I agree with you. RMS has had a difficult time getting the word out. Changing to a new PR company, the equity group, has helped. Goldberger has regularly been making presentations at investor conferences. The company is hosting quarterly CC. So I see the company doing everything it can to tell its story.
Craig_Hallum initiates coverage with a buy recommendation and a price target of $5.50 is huge. It shines the light on RMS. I suspect that other brokerage companies will follow Craig-Hallum's lead releasing their own reports covering REPR. For this reason I see a lot of money coming into the stock and its a small float.
I did lol!
Ihub is not good for above $1 plays, not going to do any good. Ihub is mostly flippers. There really is no great place really for mid tier names like REPR. You can try on Twitter.
GL!
REPR stock price had a 25% gain this past week on higher volume. This will show on databases and bring in additional interest.
MWM - I noticed that your active on other boards. Why not drop a hint about RMS medical there?
Enjoy your weekend
mwm - I owned it back then also.
Look for REPR to be uplisted later this year.
Looks like your doing pretty good with SOLI.
I used to own this in 2005 lol!
I still keep an eye on it.
MWM - A lot of people got frustrated waiting - nothing happened for years.
Look at this as a new company - one you had just heard about. Thats how I see it, a new company with new management and a bright future.
The company culture has changed from passively taking orders to actively exploring opportunities. The movement of drugs to home infusions is a win/win/win. The patients win, the pharma wins and RMS wins. Pharma is re configuring drugs for home infusion. As more drugs and drug makers do this then the potential for RMS medical growth is exponential. This is being done by a company with a strong balance sheet (no long term debt).
What is not understood is that currently a large percent of RMS medical revenue is associated with a single subq drug, CSL Behring's Hizentra. The company is actively focusing on fostering additional partnership.
The RMS business model is "give" the user the pump and make money on the needles and tubing. Needles and tubing become a recurring revenue stream. SubQ infusion take less time to administer then IV infusions because subc can be pumped to multiple sites simultaneously. The patient saves time and RMS sells more needles and tubing. Everyone wins!
RMS Medical Products initiated with a Buy at Craig-Hallum Craig-Hallum analyst Alexander Nowak started RMS Medical Products with a Buy rating and $5.50 price target. With a trend toward in-home infusion, an overabundance of drugs moving to subQ and a company now focused on the pump partnership opportunity, the analyst believes RMS could ultimately become a much larger medical device supplier.
