How do you know Alka isn’t working to put things together? Do you think it happens overnight? There’s processes, there is financing, there is manufacturing and there is distribution. She’s trying to manage several subsidiaries. Once one starts to produce revenue, then the rest will fall into place. In effect, she leads several Management Teams and has to consider financing as well as production. Service companies are different, they need clients. I’m as inpatient as the next guy, but I truly have confidence in Alka’s expertise and Management Acumen to get the job done! Time will tell! JMHO

The $10 million Sunshine Hemp fiber processing facility proposal that was part of the Apalachee Regional Planning Council's regional North Florida "Multisector AgTech" planning grant to the EDA for funding under the "Build Back Better" program, was not selected as one of the 60 Phase 1 grant recipients, out of 529 proposals received by the EDA. Florida received one award of the 60 grants spanning all states in the US.

Sunshine Hemp continues to focus on securing funding for the state of the art "cottonizing hemp fiber" processing facility in North Florida that will utilize organically grown hemp to produce high quality hemp fiber for textiles, and a variety of other hemp-derived products, such as hempcrete, protein powder, livestock bedding to name a few.

Don't forget sunshine hemp is one of the if not the only authorized seed seller in the state of Florida. That in itself is generating revenues. How much? Not sure but would love to find out.
