"Defendants will file by 5:00 p.m. California time on September 15, 2022, a declaration under
penalty of perjury identifying where the CCSAC funds subject to the preliminary injunction
order, Dkt. No. 23, are located. The declaration must state the name and address of the financial
institution, the type of account being used, the full and exact account number, and the balance of
the funds as of September 9, 2022. The declaration must also certify that defendants have
adhered to the injunction from the time it was issued. Defendants should file a public version of
the declaration that redacts the account number, and a motion to seal that includes an unredacted
version."

For those that don't know, in 2019 Costello's Pacific Banking Corp was given over $8,000,000 by a California marijuana retail company in a capital management agreement whereby Pacific Banking would pay the bills for the marijuana companies. Costello did, for a few months then stopped making payments for them. Interestingly, they stopped just after COWP was suspended. Pacific Banking refused to terminate the agreement and refused to return the money so they were sued. For over two years the plaintiffs have tried, and failed to find out where the money is/went and how much is left. During the discovery process, when asked to reveal the details of the money Costello repeatedly answered I can't remember, or pleaded the fifth amendment.

With Costello listed as Chairman now I would expect a nice run or some updates coming in. You don't sit in the background and suddenly take center stage to look like more of a clown you do it to get the spotlight. IMO

We’ll see! Takes time to work out financing, legal issues, distribution channels, Private Label producers, etc. I think we’ll hear when the ducks are in a row with a positive outcome. I am as inpatient as the next one, but realize growth doesn’t happen overnight. Once there’s revenue flow, I will be a happy camper. JMHO
