I have no clue. Never heard of him before all drama happened
Good question- BB, do you know that one?
All we do know is that Brad does seem to have a way of convincing people that he is an expert on lots of things.
This is the earliest reference to Brad I could find:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1030984/000114420403002398/0001144204-03-002398.txt
page 13 on is Brad. It is from 2003. dont know how much 500,000 shares was worth at that time. It says " WHEREAS, Consultant has extensive background in the area of corporate
finance, capitalization and various operational and financial matters; but I dont know what that means.
I've always wondered how this hookup with RDXM happened. Did that women CEO find his name in a phone book listed under Financial Janitors?
Brad didn't have the money to keep up the web site, but he had all the money he took from RDXM and the money he took from the Wings Groupon scam?
That has to add up to a lot of Caronas. Maybe he has a hot tub full of Carona someplace.
Maybe Brad is a "prepper." Somewhere near Hanford, he has converted an old military bunker into a lawyer-proof shelter.
He spent a portion of it on Corona beer and fish fry cookouts. The remainder was spent acquiring Wings Flying Club soon to go belly up along with customer payments for services not rendered.
Speaking of money, BB,
If Brad is so poor, exactly what in the Hell happened to all the money he made scamming people in RDXM? He sold all of his stock in RDXM during the "Roboboat" pump. He got other people to spend at least $200,000.00 in RDXM. Did all of this money get wasted on cocaine?
We know where it didn't go, and that was child support payments.
Most of my money is going different direction
So are you out of the investing ball game after that devastating loss?
True! Thx for clarifying that. I wish it never happened.
that isn't acccurate.
RDXM was a scam plain and simple, run by a crook. BB thought he was the crooks BFF, but he found out too late that he was being scammed.
BB didn't help "kill off" anything. He did get conned into putting his own money into helping the crook keep the illusion of a company where there was none. So the opposite: BB's money gave RDXM an undead zombie existence.
Nah, it has much to do with his investing naivety and trying to hit homes runs with junk, bulletin board and pink stocks. People like that tend not to learn and repeat the performance again and again. I've been around plenty long enough to reach this assessment.
You really "screwed the pooch" on this one.
How many other companies have you helped kill off?
Because he said he was broke so you paid? How could he acquire Wings Aloft in late 2013. Radix was delisted in May 2013,- remember? Think about that.
Yes I decided not to pay for fees anymore
Ben, he said the website went down because it was hijacked. This was a lie wasn't it? Isn't it true you were forking out the money to keep it running until you had enough and stopped paying and the site went down shortly thereafter?

Thanks, I've gone through some of these posts. Maybe not these particular ones. The company(s) are run OKAY for a period of time, then the screwing up starts. Perhaps it's even a plan to build a customer base of confidence. When the amount of account receivables is built up and in hand, the process of cutting and running commences. It's like a cheap version of a Ponzi Scheme.
Here's a review I found:
http://www.pacificnorthwestflying.com/index.php?topic=12436.0
April 2014 sounds about right when they just completely died. i got my private there 3 years ago and stayed with them till the sad end. i did enjoy it there and i really loved all of my instructors. (well, ok, my very first one was a bit of a flake, but she didn't last long anyway.) they all had great experience and loved to fly themselves so they instilled that in me. unfortunately, like most everyone knows apparently, it really was running on a shoestring for a long time. the original guy was Steve and he musta really loved flying himself because i heard and read gossip that he might have been close to bankruptcy several times. i'm just glad he kept the school going for as long as he did. the trouble only REALLY began when he ended up selling it to that company from Yakima. that's when they changed the name to Wings Flying Club, btw. things totally changed after that. they'd only taken over for a very short time before all of a sudden i just never got any of my emails or phonecalls returned, all under the smokescreen that they were relocating on the field somewhere but were having trouble with permits, etc... this actually started around november 2013. and by the time i actually drove down there to see for myself what was going on, they were just nowhere to be found despite their phone and website and email systems still being up and running and listing their address. so, i did end up calling someone who i trained with at the same time down there who is now a commercial pilot and she confirmed the company was completely dead and gone. WITH the money i had on deposit with them to cover future flights, i might add!!! that was pretty low of them to just not return phonecalls or emails and just run off with everyone's money.
Guess who "that company from Yakima" is?
And also:

HORRIBLE!!!! I have been trying to get a refund from you since the beginning of April. We paid you a lot of money back in January for flight lessons and ground school. My son got one flight lesson (also in January) and nothing else since then. You kept postponing the ground school and eventually just stopped returning messages altogether. We contacted you MANY times with no response. How many other people's money have you taken? The complaints keep on coming and you seem to have no concern for your lousy reputation.
Please give us our money back and stop taking money for services you cannot or will not provide.
When you invest in a company you must look at it as if partnering with them in business. You see what happens when you choose poorly. BTW does bb72mo stand for builtinboards72mo
Wings Aloft comes to recent mind. He'll run it satisfactory for awhile to build a customer base and confidence and then the shenanigans start. The phones are then disconnected and those who pre-paid for groupons are left high and dry. Lots of posts about this if you know where to look.
What can we do man? So many scams and unfortunately looks like he run one!
See if you can get Brad thrown in prison for fraud, at least. The man deserves nothing less.
Scams yes. That is why the bulletin boards and especially the pinks is scam territory and/or the people running the show bail out when they screw up leaving shareholders high and dry. But I still see you are messing with these same kind of companies and not surprised. Does the bb in bb72mo stand for bulletin boards???
I did and it's same old story.
Hit him with some colorful e-mails at least. Aren't you pissed enough?
What can we do man? So many scams and unfortunately looks like he run one!
That's right you moved on. You defended him, ran his webpage (and I think paid for it), and finally took a BIG loss. This guy triple crossed you and probably laughed about it. You moved on alright, a little too easily given the circumstances.
Just give up man. I lost a lot and I moved on. Took tax loss.
I can't. The only upbeat event is when Sheridan came on board and we know how that turned out. Goody even lied about that but didn't have the honesty to say he split, leading everyone to believe he was on RDXM business. I should of said miracle, not sliver of hope.
How would this not be dead?
The way I see it, this company was dead for years before revocation. All that was left was Brad telling a few dupes some pretty pretty bedtime stories about how he would make them all Rich! Rich!! Rich!!! And, of course, unleash a tornado of destruction on dem dar evil lawyers.
It looks like Brad is either hopelessly incompetent, or just a con man. The La Jolla mess sunk this company for good, sometime between 2005 and 2007. Everybody else bailed, except Brad. So, with no engineers, or building capacity, or management, Brad started selling stock. It isn't like he really did anything else.
Even in a "best case" scenario, what's left? A half-finished boat that hasn't been worked on for at least 10 years. A boat design that never sold, and is now old enough to buy its own cigarettes. A "director of new products" who is batting zero on his various promises. An absentee President/Director.
I fail to see even a glimmer of hope here. Please show me where there is even a sliver of a chance.
yeh~ glad i sold most of it
Lol.. w maybe 10K shares still remaining on acct pg
rdxm, seems strange~ posting here again! ;)

No activity on the message board for months. How easily investors just eat their losses and melt away over time. The company is essentially dead to investors, but there is a tiny chance it won't stay dead. No, this isn't just a case of wishful thinking if you can dig for information. But one wouldn't want to get their confidence up either.
There never was a team. The guy who got his meat hooks on this company was a cash strapped habitual lying shyster bogged down in his own personal, self created snags who did't know a darned thing when it came to this industry.
What is up with Radix Marine's "management team," anyways. It looks like both of them went off the grid.
Even BS artists eventually run out of BS. Mr. financial janitor flushed every investors money and tucked tail.
The only thing he managed was total share loss for Radix investors. And then he melted away as expected. There is certainly a strong history of conflict with those who became involved with him. It's a case of insult to injury. Complaints for accountability and hard questions/statements from Radix shareholders, have been met with harsh tones and court threats to further pick the pockets of those who complained the loudest.
Did anyone ever find anything Bred ever did that didn't wind up in a hot mess of losses and people suing Brad/Fred?
Remember when some people talked about how Brad was a superhuman who destroyed his enemies and crapped gold?
This unscrupulous scoundrel who bailed on shareholders deserves no mercy. I don't think he'll get any. How easy (we know who) sacrificed his $40,000 investment to this guy, but gave the rest of us plenty of lip along the way. Then it was all boo- hoo, boo- hoo.
Nope, even that meet and greet never happened. Then he gives a lame excuse about some mysterious person calling up and cancelling the reservations. As time grew close he probably had to think of a quick, convenient excuse to get out of it.
Whatever the circumstances were for him coming on board, I'm confident he was only thinking about his own pockets. As with misrepresenting note investors between 2005-2007 and those free Radix shares given to him for services, sold in 2009. Maybe there was some slight effort when Sheridan was around but after that he was looking for the exit. Once the website was pulled it was complete cut off time.
Don't think there has been a "ship" since Brad/Fred took over. Nothing but pretty pretty stories about things Bred was going to do, but never did.
Years ago, I pointed out that Brad and Fred had no business experience that made them reasonable candidates to run a boat company. Don't think he really tried.
Where is That dodgy rat who abandoned ship?
I think in part anyway, he got hold of the company to work his own angle for financial advantage. From the beginning he allegedly, according to court documents, misrepresented Radix to a number of bondholders. Getting them to invest and claiming the company was doing well. Then I guess it wen't to plan B later on which meant selling shares "given" to him for his near worthless services. It all came down to what he thought he could squeeze out of it, bs-ing and stalling shareholders the whole time getting us to think there was a real effort going into restarting Radix. Nothing could be further from the truth, at least beyond the first several years. At some point it was all pure BS and lies.
Good-for-nothing.
Understood. But what has the point been for the last 5 years? If Brad dumped his stock in 2009 during the "Roboboat" promotion, was he just sending out "updates" to keep the BB's of the world from suing him?
Remember? I said he would slither away back into the shady cracks in which he emerged. There was no guesswork involved.
Run Forest, Run!
Not off the face of the earth. He jumped the Radix sinking ship leaving passengers to their fate. He's ashore somewhere close by attending a fish fry and downing Corona's.
So, has Brad dropped off the face of the Earth?
I kind of expect him to turn up with a new Pink Sheets company, with a bunch of "letters of intent" about wind farms. Or marijuana.
Never ending legal snags largely self imposed.
It's also the perfect excuse to remain evasive with the intent to do absolutely nothing. Punctuated by periodic false reassurance that something is being done when pressed on the matter.
String- string- string it along.
Talk about serious character flaws.
Wow! I thought the exact same thing. My- My how coincidental.
Then Sheridan comes along with the letter of intent in mid- September 2009.
The price then spikes to a high of 1.4-cents in December of that year. At least on two separate occasions post 2009, "you know who" assured me he wasn't ducking his responsibilities and still owned the shares which were given in exchange for services.
That part about the shares proved another lie according to the posted document. I personally think he just wanted to squeeze what he could out of it. All the limited and run- around style of communication appeared to be just an ongoing game of posturing and window dressing to keep up a false appearance.
I stand by what what I wrote until proven otherwise. BTW. If it was left up to him and wasn't pressed on the matter, we'd still be thinking Tim Sheridan is out- of- state drumming up business for Radix.
Then there is the "mysterious Mohammed". The secretive Latin American contact from South America who seemed to evaporate into thin air. That is, if he ever existed in the first place which has proven highly unlikely.
You know what I thought was real interesting?
Page 5: "Goodspeed valued the shares at between $17,000.00 and $70,000.00, sold them in 2009, and continues to consult in order to fulfill his contractual obligation."
Does that mean Brad dumped his shares when the "Roboboat" article came out?
Looks like the judges don't like Brad. Is he officially a deadbeat dad?
Focus on your own negative circumstances for a change. Him flushing your $40,000 grand and screwing with you and us the whole time is the granddaddy of all insults. A guy like that deserves to stew in his own mess.
