Huge deal........

IAI signed a deal for the leasing of UAV systems, and RADA expects orders for its parts are embedded predecessors

RADA may see tens of millions of shekels a transaction of IAI. The latter signed last week with the German army on a huge deal of 600 million euros for the leasing of five systems, UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicle) sample Heron TP, Eitan called Israel. UAVs will be handed over to Germany and will become operational by 2018.

The product that was tested through the US army incorporated RADA's tech. The results that lead them to choose the product were based off their final results. They choose another product to go into their iron fist and the US army would have to test the iron fist all over again to see if the new stuff performed the correct way. There is no doubt we get a purchase order handed to us soon. Also to add to this IMI would have to retest their own product if they chose another component from another supplier to go into their iron fist. You do not change a component in your equipment and just hope that it works just as well.

I agree but lets face it IMI has no choice but to give RADA a contract soon if they plan on selling their iron fist to the military. Not unless they plan on developing a whole new system that DOES NOT! incorporate RADA's tech.

Thanks for the clarification, matt! I knew about the DBSI deal but didn't take the time to work out the numbers to see where the increase went, just that from the recent Q numbers they were very different YoY, especially considering the number in the filing released today.

they ended up replacing their old financing with new financing. You have to remember that they did issue shares to DBSI but the institution now owns 67% of the OS. Much of the OS in in strong hands here. They also now have the cash they need to move forward with their business plan and not have to worry about financing or the lack there of.

Can anyone comment on the significant rise in outstanding shares since last year? Seems like the company is relying A LOT on financing with share deals instead of from banks. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
