I seriously doubt you own any shares. No one bashes a stock they own relentlessly as you do, especially when the goal is to make money. As far as believing or not believing in a stock, BIEI has done nothing to cause anyone to think this is moving anywhere soon. As far as hitting the ask, smart traders will hit the bid in order to maximize profits (at this point, there's absolutely no reason for anyone to hit the ask). That should not have to be explained to anyone with any kind of sense.
