I can't do it in Germany, because there is a new rule out since april last year that you need to sell it for more than the sales order fee. Doesn't work for POPT -would be different if I could sold them at least for .0001

welcome, sorry for your loss, hope you get it back with another trade. I had the same hope with the other stocks but the company won't find any MM which can act as a guarantor for them, which is what they have to do as one part to come back.

I had the same situation with another stock EPCG which went to grey market. Ari Bass would need to response and coming up with some more information. It's not easy to come back from grey market as the past shows with other stocks. I write it off.

It's my 3rd stock which went down to greys. I don't see any hope here to be realistic.

It looks like they are looking for Ari's contact information so maybe if he gets off his duff the status will change? I'm surprised Scottrade bothers to list it in my account balances because they usually don't. For instance, Circuit City's symbol is still in mine but no value is shown so maybe there is still hope for POPT.

I have a little less than half what you do. I've been in popt since 6/2009. The SEC claims they are doing this to protect buyers but in reality by not letting anyone know which ones they are considering for the treatment, they just create more victims.

I'd built up several million shares hoping Ari would sell like he did at MED* which ran to 1.5 cents. It's been trading recently so thought maybe it was coming back, guess it was people in the know bailing.

no most of the stocks which gets suspended never comes back to the official OTC market. I made a lot of research on it as I'm a bottom buyer and have and had a lot of .0001 stocks. This is my 3rd stock which I own which has been suspended. There are also some information boards about that, only 1 of maybe 50 comes back to life. But this would mean Ari needs to take care about it immediately what I personally doubt. Share structure wasn't bad - this is over imo
