I thought we were to use Dicks alias here? Anyhow not that it maters much but your wrong about your rocks they could hold alot more value then a few eye balls being stuck on the equidy will be turned into floating fixed bonds. floating being the revenue generated as well as capital surplus from minority interest they may have.

The fix part well your right it can be an issue being you can't sell them or trade them on the open market but can sell them back to the company should they want to buy them from you.


Equity is a suckers game if your not trading and good at it but the bonds is Grandma's game of choice for the grand kids I do have to agree with you there or for insiders to hold control by the power of converting bonds into equity at any time they are the only winners. You got to love the 144 rule and who it was designed for to bennifit.

I think this stock will drift up towards the April 17th hearing.
Then if they say anything besides "its over" or "shares cancelled" this stock will take a huge spike. ANYTHING AT ALL about "a delay" or "would like to try this" could be huge. So little shares. Plus insiders and employees are going to want to get out at a higher level. Just my toughts

Id say buys and sells were about even today. I think the insiders and the employees still have a lot of shares to sell. They must have some plan on raising the pps for that.

Time will tell I guess....just dont know why it would trade in this range if it was just going to get pummelled down.?
Makes no sense. Not like someone is dumping into these level. I say way more go through at the ask than the bid for the last month or so.

This stock only has 13 million shares in the float. On the pink sheets? They need to run some script/story/scam to get out of there shares one last time before there worthless. With that low amount of shares they could run this to .50-1.00 plus in no time.
