Hop-on Returns One Billion Common Shares to Treasury

TEMECULA, CA--(Marketwired - May 1, 2014) - Hop-on, Inc. (OTC Pink: HPNN) (PINKSHEETS: HPNN) is pleased to announce that today it has returned one billion (1,000,000,000) shares to treasury. These shares were held in escrow in anticipation of conversion of debt by the Company's long term debt holders, and these debt holders have elected to take, under their Debt Exchange Agreements, preferred stock of the Company, thereby allowing Hop-on to return these shares to treasury.

In conjunction with the press release yesterday, this means there will be no dilution of Hop-on shareholders from debt conversions for over a year and a positive $7.1 million paid in capital on the balance sheet.

Announced previously, the Debt Exchange Agreements removed $7,162,000 in debt from Hop-on's balance sheet. Not only was the long term debt removed from the balance sheet, but the conversion to preferred equity provided a boost to the stockholders' equity portion of the balance sheet, and this amount is now booked as additional paid in capital. This positive financial move will be reflected in the next financial statement filed by the Company.

The yellow metal was boosted by yesterday’s revised Fed
guidance, which now projects that zero interest rate policy
will continue into late-2014.
The Fed has also embarked on inflation targeting:
In other words they are looking to devalue the dollar
by at least 2% a year.

and chairman Bernanke indicated that additional asset purchases

This work is expected to be completed by the end of February
2012 and once completed will allow Blanket to increase the
speed of the No4 Shaft Winder, thereby increasing hoisting
capacity.
As noted in the Q3 MD&A, this work may have an adverse
effect on gold production in the first quarter of 2012.

A Belt Scale was installed on the No1 Conveyor Belt so that
all ore tonnages delivered from various ore sources such as
the 14 Level mid-shaft loading station, Lima, and in due
course the satellite properties such as GG and Mascot, can
be individually and accurately measured.
The re-programed computerised recording system is expected
to be commissioned during early February and the system is
then expected to facilitate further metallurgical optimisation.

What goes up must come down and the reverse is just as true when it come to our Dow Jones. This year stocks went up, then down, and then they went back up again. The real issue is not that our S&P might have told banks and hedge funds it was going to punish the current crop of politicians and downgrade the US: the shameful aspect of all is that S&P told everybody, repeatedly, that it was going to downgrade the US, and the markets largely ignored the news until it actually happened. It was a game of chicken that our weak markets could ill afford to play. The result of this ugly little "avoidance of reality" strategy was the loss of billions of dollars by investors all over the world.

With the current volatility it is almost impossible for the small investor or the amateur to "time" the market. Even in the best of times with a relatively stable market is difficult making a profit trying to out guess the market and in these times it is a fool's folly. I'd suspect the selloff the last two days has a lot to do with groups moving funds out of speedtrader and other small boutique shops back to more traditional brokerage accounts as the NSCC puts the clamp on illiquid stocks. Would not be surprised to see a price correction next week. Larger firms are not putting these restrictions on their clients.

Effective October 1, 2011, you cannot trade in excess of 10% of the previous 20 business day average trading volume of any OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) or Pink Sheet security, on any day, regardless of the stock's price. The interest charges will be based on the illiquidity requirement imposed on the clearing firm, which could be many times the value of the trade. The interest rates charged to clients who violate these restrictions will be between 15% and 25% per year, assessed at a daily rate during the trade settlement period. In no event shall any rate be charged in excess of the maximum rate permitted by law.

These interest charges may be substantial and disproportionate to the value of the trade. We are therefore strongly urging our clients not to violate the trading limits listed above.

This is not a change made by Stock USA. These steps are being taken by our clearing firm to help reduce NSCC charges incurred by them. We believe that the NSCC has raised illiquidity charges in response to regulators' concerns. The charges are designed to reduce unwanted trading behavior, such as unregistered distributions and manipulation. The goal is to improve trading in the OTCBB and Pink Sheet markets.
