on my daily chart i can see that someone was letting lose some shares today. given the tiny os -- the 13g filing confirms the fact that there are less than 20M here -- the availability of shares could give this some upward impetus. needs to bust that old high of .0074 with a bid break over .008 to set up a test of .01. from there it gets very thin.

To any seller who wants to sell the cheap shares at $0.002 or $0.0015: that is an huge discount (97.4% or 98%) price compared to the three-year high $0.075!
PDGE is easy to explode to the pennies area based on the tiny shares structure and much higher book value ($0.227 per share)...

Less than 2 weeks after Hurricane Gustav made landfall, Hurricane Ike made landfall September 13, and once again FlagshipPDG had personnel in position to respond to the first client calls on the day of the storm. The clients included many of the same types affected by Gustav and several new ones including several high rise commercial office complexes and office parks.
As of October 21, 2008 Flagship PDG performed emergency services to over 65 properties. Services included; temporary roofing, debris clean up, structural drying, interior demolition, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation.
