No. The authentic bonds were converted to global notes in 2009, because there were so many fakes. And the global notes were redeemed on 16 June 2010, when they matured.

But I'm sure there're still some fakes floating around somewhere.

I haven't check-in on this charade in several years.

PFNO was heavily promoted by some unsavory characters back in the day, but when they moved-on to a new scam, I lost interest.

Hard to believe that anyone bought into Sidney's bullshit bond story.

From what I can see they only need to file the Attorney letter. That was a quick glance over what’s already been filed but I think the filings weren’t uploaded in the correct order from what I can see.

Long story, but he did not say the "bonds" were genuine. I spoke to him years and years ago. I don't remember whether it was when I was writing for Stockwatch or not. But if you go back and look, there's a report by him that you can read. Nowhere does he say the "bonds" are legitimate.
