In .44 out .54. Great flip ! Will keep my eye on this money maker. $5 new speculative price tag. Love it ! Happy Thanksgiving All.!
WC Wainwright raised the PT from $2 to $5. Is there something new that they found out about? Is there new clinical dry eye treatment data? Is Vyleesi exceeding expectations? Is it the Ulcerative Colitis drug? Is it a recent presentation regarding treatment for diabetic retinopathy presented to retinal specialists?
120,000 million shares traded today. Analyst recommendations usually do not have as large an impact as this one did.
keep buying guys. i loaded some myself.
PR about poster award. Reminded me that my 9th grade tadpole poster was recognized as one of the best. Bidded for some.
PTN
How is it possible for a company to fail to prosper when it has patented and gotten FDA approval for the world’s first safe and effective aphrodisiac?
Would Dry Eye Treatment be considered to be a crowded field to compete in?
I am surprised at the lack of reaction to the latest news. This company is moving forward with hopefully good news to come.
Two FORM 4 filings... CEO and CFO each acquired 75,000 shares today...

What about the idea of Vyleesi for men rather than for women who couldn’t care much less on average than they usually do about augmenting their sexual desire.
For men sexual desire is a necessary prerequisite to function at all or to properly enjoy sex. Men must perform, women for the most part do not. Adding lubricant gets them by. This should be either obvious or undeniably self evident.
The mechanism of action is the exact same receptor type for both sexes but more pronounced on the post synaptic membranes in men and men have more neural circuitry in their brains devoted to sexual desire than do women. This is due to evolutionary reasons.
Men are larger on average than women so perhaps the dose should be increased for men.
I'am holding for now been long with it.-go check out the news and other DD
I usually take some off the table if a stock goes up over 100 percent. Very good things seem to be chugging along.
Nice uptick here. Hold or take profits? Any idea?
A bunch of somebodies know more than we do. Last time I saw this wierd pattern, the stock went north. I am just hoping the upcoming catylist has some real meat on the bone...Bo

At he same time as the run up in price there was an article published on TipRanks.com that was bullish. It was at 1:17 pm eastern time today.
The author is Michael Marcus. He sees a price target of 2 or 3 dollars which is a lot higher than 42 cents where it was when he posted his positive statements. He said that the Cannacord analyst also sees real potential for PTN with a price target of $3. That last part is not news as that analyst has been long for years.
I do not see how a fairly unknown person could have an opinion that when stated publicly could have such a dramatic effect on trading.
It could just be a coincidence, but it seems unlikely for such a punctuated change in trading sentiment to occur. Something would have to cause it.
He also talked about the Covid-19 trials starting for one of its clinical trials drugs. That right there might be a big part of the price appreciation, but this last catalyst here is also not breaking news. The Covid-19 trials were announced perhaps months ago.
Perhaps early Covid-19 trial results got leaked, but that is not in the Michael Marcus report.
Whatever the reason, I am glad to see this thing PTN move and show some signs of life. I will hold for at least $2.
Is there a special grant of money received from the federal government when doing Covid-19 patient trials? PTN has significant amounts of money, around $80 million cash, but it would be nice to receive additional funding.
This bit of news of a PTN Covid project seems to be completely under the radar or dismissed without review as not being an important material matter.
There appears to be a low level of faith by investors in the PTN management at this point in time.
11/17/2020 Form Type: 8-K...Palatin is advancing its COVID-19 development plan and is conducting all the required activities needed to file an IND and begin clinical studies with PL8177 as a treatment in COVID-19 patients. These activities will be completed in the fourth calendar quarter of 2020, allowing the Company to potentially file an IND with the FDA and initiate a clinical study of PL8177 for the treatment of COVID-19 patients early in the first calendar quarter of 2021.
DED results showed efficacy in moderate to severe dry eye, but not so much in mild dry eye. Phase 3 will now focus on those moderate to severe DED patients. I saw that as a positive news item, but the market sold PTN after the announcement.
What is the next news item to look for regarding Vyleesi marketing and sales? Do female patients ever report their experiences on “The View” or on “Oprah” on TV? If not, why not? This is how word of mouth gets going and snowballs.
I believe it does. Wouldn't make much sense to go lower than that. My question is, how does this stock trade on the NYSE if the share price is and always has been below $4.00?
People were saying that 39 cents or so was the amount of cash held per share. Does that put any solid support under the stock price?
Can Vyleesi be prescribed for men? Will insurance cover it? I have a confident intuition that the real market is for men and not so much for women.
I messed up and missed it. They should have a replay copy out to listen to. Later I will check for it. If you find it let me know.
and a web presentation. There has been no excuse to not be selling their long awaited approved product. They could hire a dozen sales reps and contract parts of the territories. The President and management could get off their lazy butts and hit the road selling. Any half wit could sell this. So they got screwed with the AMAG contract. Why would AMAG sit on their ass? Pure and simple hit job by big pharma. Preventing this product from catching on and spreading into the male population is what I think as billions become at stake to being lost. What's a few million paid off for AMAG to stay seated on the big ass? So AMAG had to pay out some millions under the contract. They made a profit and still paid the debt. This is how the pharma mafia operates. Now in the meeting coming up it will interesting to hear their dyno mite plan to get back on tract. Sales could be coming in to pay for other product development. I see more debt and dilution coming sorry to say. They will have to dip into the till to stay a going concern. I think they are ripe for a buyout offer. This meeting should shed some light. Time to bail or time to buy??
