100% false I simply posted news and DD after I invested and early this week TLSS ran form .01's to .094 as you were saying scam. The company files official 10Q's like big board companies do. We all knew about the dilution but we still ran to .094. I was loading more .04's on Tuesday or Wed. the day we ran to .094 soon after. Then the selling pressure from profit taking hit along with dilution. I can not make any stocks go up or down and it is insulting to hear such ignorance that you honestly believe any single person controls stocks. I especially laugh when I post about my bi boards and hear this crap from ignorant I hub posters. Big boards and any other stocks are controlled for many reasons. I invest. So what the OS is only 118 million shares! They just filed a 8K with 32 million in revenues and they have a 10Q coming in the next week to 2 weeks. TLSS is the only penny stock in OTC history to have more than 10 million dollars in revenues! If you do not like stocks don't buy them.

no, the dilution is not an "embarrassment" for the company because they know they have $10.4 mil in debt But the shareholders who chased tlss knowing they had $4+ mil in convertible debt and $10.4 mil in liabilities, are the ones who should be embarrassed. tlss is doing what it should do...it's trading all the back to down to fair value. it will return to .01 level and may even go lower. i tried to tell folks, but they didn't listen. all the stucks from .05+ should feel really stupid. didn't take rockets science. now ascm and otcx are ruling the day there. look out below.

That is al 100% lies. There are ZERO promotions on TLSS that can be verified. It is sick to see lies posted. Stick to facts. Yes there was notes being sold. We have al known that for weeks! The DD is solid.

i was telling the tlss board that from the beginning. instead, i read nothing but post after post here screaming what a great buy tlss is. tons and tons of posts with so-called dd to lure people into buying after the stock had run 1000%. noteholders have always been lurking and a part of the equation here. that didn't just happen yesterday. i tried to tell the board that the trading volume they were seeing was wash trading by the noteholders who were dumping on the ask while propping up the bid with fake offers. nobody wanted to listen. they preferred to read the repetitive "dd" posts that resembled more of promotor style posts than anything. the posts i am referring to did not resemble posts about owning the stock. only "dd" the way that people who are paid to "bring market awareness" posts. it was obvious from the beginning. and now the same dd posts have turned into posts about "debt holders" selling. hmmmm. you don't say? as if that is a new revelation. meanwhile, a ton of innocent people was lured in with the "32 mil revenue" posts all day. the repetitive posting of that "dd" was simply meant to keep the volume high so that noteholders could convert their shares. and once those converters had sold all they needed to sell at the top end of the pps rise, those posts became fewer and fewer. not at all surprising to those who recognize pump and dump and paid promos. tlss run was created because of paid promo by 3rd party affiliates of the company. the pop story and 8k was the bait. it was a concerted effort to mislead investors into this stock so that noteholders could unload. now, those posts are gone. the pump and dump operation was also done to short the stock offshore. some of this understand this. and now, tlss is filled with bagholders who will never recover their investment here at higher prices. very sad. thanks to the pump and dump culprits who know what they did and why they did it.

tlss making lower highs and lower lows as predicted. will end below .025. next week back to .01's and possibly lower. cfgn and otcx are in control there. looks like cfgn is shorting. i tried to tell the board that some posters were actually shorts masquerading as longs. certain posters are actually paid by 3rd parties to promo the stock and are doing so here and on twitter if you check their twitter accounts. if you notice certain posts are promo-style informational post. they are not posts that a fellow long would make. they are informational style posts with links to filings and reposting old pr's and telling the board about the company...posts that are very much in line with what 3rd parties ask promoters to post to help support stock volume that will make it easy to dilute into.

a very obvious and deceptive poster got me tossed from the tlss board, but know that she is being paid by third-party noteholders to pump the stock while they dump. and she is an offshore shorter.

dcgd chasing is what you call irrational exuberance x stupidity. not a shred of evidence that points to pps worth .70 or even .07. lol not any evidence at all of the value beyond the .0055 paid for 51% ownership.
