They are primarily a coal mining company (#7)
https://bullfincher.io/ranking/top-coal-mining-companies-in-united-states-by-revenue
Wait. There's more testing to be done next year and a conference coming up in October. 😉 Here's your hat, what's your hurry?
More bot crap. Aggregated news clips. Yawn.
That would be more infuriating than pathetic. Sell this piece of shit company already. Put it out if its misery.
Rare Earths Stocks: 9 Biggest Companies in 2025
https://investingnews.com/top-rare-earth-stocks/
Ramaco has been in operation and producing for years. Google AI says:
Ramaco Resources (NASDAQ: METC, METCB) is a metallurgical coal company with operations in Central Appalachia and plans for rare earth element development in Wyoming. Here's a summary of their recent financial performance:
First Quarter 2025 (ending March 31, 2025):
Net Income (Loss): \((9.5)\) million, a decrease of 344% compared to Q4 2024 and 575% compared to Q1 2024.
Adjusted EBITDA: \(9.8\) million, down 66% from Q4 2024 and 60% from Q1 2024.
Revenue: \(134.7\) million, down 21% from Q4 2024 and 22% from Q1 2024.
Tons Sold: 946 thousand, down 16% from Q4 2024, but up 2% from Q1 2024.
Cash Cost per Ton Sold (Non-GAAP): $98, a $20 per ton decrease compared to Q1 2024.
Cash Margins per Ton Sold (Non-GAAP): $24, down 27% from Q4 2024 and 35% from Q1 2024.
Liquidity: \(118.4\) million as of March 31, 2025, a 24% increase year-over-year.
Full Year 2024 (ending December 31, 2024):
Adjusted EBITDA: \(106\) million.Revenue: \(666.3\) million, down 3.9% from 2023.
Net Income: \(11.2\) million, down 86% from 2023.
Net Debt to Adjusted EBITDA: 0.5x.
Metallurgical coal indices decline: 32% over the year.
Financial Health and Market Factors:
Deteriorating Financials: Ramaco's financials show a decline, with lower revenue, net income, and margins in 2024 and Q1 2025. This is attributed to a significant drop in metallurgical coal prices.
Debt: Total liabilities reached \(311.9\) million in 2024.
Dividend: The company has shifted to paying dividends in Class B stock due to cash constraints, raising concerns about sustainability.
Market Risks: Ramaco's performance is highly dependent on the metallurgical coal market, which faces challenges from weak demand and increased supply.
Rare Earth Ambitions: The Brook Mine rare earth project offers potential diversification, but it's a high-capital endeavor with inherent risks.
Analyst Outlook: While Ramaco has received "buy" ratings from some analysts, others have a negative outlook due to recent performance and market conditions.
Why pathetic. Who cares about saving face. Just get the mine financed and built!
You'll like this one. Perhaps NioCorp can also lease out their land to another miner to develop the project.
LMAO how pathetic would that be?
Maybe the CEO of NB can talk with the CEO of the Wyoming mine and learn how they pulled it off.
The Brook Mine Carbon Ore Rare Earth project is primarily located on private land owned and leased by Ramaco Resources, Inc..
Specifically, the project encompasses approximately 15,800 acres of Ramaco's land holdings in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Ramaco acquired this property in 2011 from the Sheridan-Wyoming Coal Company. While Ramaco largely owns the mineral reserves in fee, it's also important to note that a portion of the property is held under lease.
Ramaco received approval to mine its private coal/carbon ore assets at the Brook Mine from the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality. They have also been awarded a state grant to help fund the construction of a facility on Ramaco-owned land within the project area.
Therefore, while state entities are involved in the approval and funding process, the core project activities are situated on land under private ownership and control of Ramaco Resources.

Dang.... we need to have almost 300% share price growth JUST TO GET TO WHERE WE WERE BEFORE THE CATASTROPHIC GX-MERGER/MASSACRE AND THE THE REVERSE SPLIT (that so many 'experts' here on the board told everyone was NECESSARY and a good thing..... so many lessons in this Niocorp investment experience and one of the biggest is to not listen to the MAX-Z and Skiluk greasy snake oil salesmen.....where are they now? they have been banned from the Message board..... oh what a wonderful ride on the NB Railveyor chooo chooo train!! " ALL ABOARD"!!!! blah blah blah........ only 6-9 more months folks!! (until the NEXT 6-9 months......) argh..... Hopefully in THIS F'N lifetime.....

They must be fully permitted and shovel ready with tremendous institutional interest or something.
Not if the 50 DMA has anything to say about it.
25/share right now is something like 1.5 billion in market cap. Thats not going to be anytime soon unless thats a purchase price for the resource. Pipe dream. I think 25 is the upper end of the full production share price once fully diluted out.
I would love to see $25-35 soon, but I wouldn’t count on anything. Mark Smith is the Charlie Brown of the mining world. He keeps getting the ball pulled away (ie financing is imminent entity, Dean Kehler GXII). Unfortunately, Mark continues to drag us deeper and deeper with him. I think it’s fair to say that he doesn’t have a very good success rate. I thought he was going to change that with Niocorp, but he keeps making bad business decisions. He has to get something right……right?
However, i have the feeling that something big is behind the Bush.
Hey buy all you want. Its your money. Might get bought out and you will make lots of money. Maybe the big beautiful bill will jack it up some.
Now 3 % We should all buying now ?
its.... 2%.... Are you OK?
We are Green. From the bottom to the Moon now ? Is the rocket behind the Bush ready to start ?
"Big Beautiful Bill"
https://rareearthexchanges.com/news/industrial-policy-rare-earths-and-the-big-beautiful-bill-securing-americas-supply-chain/
According to the legislative text(opens in a new tab), this could leverage up to $100 billion in private financing for developing “reliable sources” of critical minerals and related industries.
In plain terms, Washington is offering to help finance new mines, processing facilities, or even manufacturing plants to ensure these strategic materials are mined and refined either in the U.S. or by allied countries.
Beyond funding, the Big Beautiful Bill aims to make it easier and less risky to bring new resource projects to fruition. It creates a new “De-Risking” program(opens in a new tab) that would compensate companies if a federal action (like a permit revocation or sudden regulatory change) shuts down a major energy or mineral project mid-stream.
Under this program, a U.S. company investing $ 30 million or more in a “covered” project, which explicitly includes critical mineral extraction and processing, could recover its sunk costs if the government were to withdraw support (for example, if a future administration canceled a mining permit after it was issued). This is essentially political risk insurance designed to reassure investors that the rules of the game won’t change unexpectedly.
Did you mean happily complicit? Or Happily complicate? Both fit for different reasons. 🤣🤪
Water-only method offers cleaner, cheaper alternative for recycling rare earth magnets
Czech scientists create a water-only method to separate rare earths, offering a green and cheaper way for “urban mining”.
Updated: Jul 01, 2025
https://interestingengineering.com/energy/rare-earth-recycling-water-method
Jones explained that the team developed a new type of chelator, a molecule that binds metal ions, which specifically precipitates neodymium from dissolved magnets, while dysprosium stays in solution.
This allows for clean separation of the elements. She noted that the method avoids hazardous waste, operates in water, and performs as well as or better than traditional approaches using toxic chemicals.
It can also be adapted for other rare earth elements found in neodymium magnets.
Indian Company Looking to Mine Rare Earths in 3–4 Years, CEO Says
Ensuring a robust rare earth supply chain is critical to many sectors of modern society.
https://www.theepochtimes.com/world/indian-company-looking-to-mine-rare-earths-in-3-4-years-ceo-says-5880908
China already produces well more than 90 percent of the world’s rare-earth permanent magnets, and every high-temperature version needs “just a little bit of dysprosium or terbium” that only Beijing supplies, said Mark Smith, a 30-year industry veteran and chief executive of U.S. miner NioCorp Developments. China also dominates in refining rare earths.
On April 4, Beijing issued new export-control rules requiring special permits for magnets and seven heavy rare-earth elements that it monopolizes: samarium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, lutetium, scandium, and yttrium.
The controls cover every form of those elements—oxides, metals, alloys, mixtures, and finished magnets—vital to electric-vehicle motors, wind-turbine generators, industrial robots, precision-guided missiles, and more.
While speaking to The Epoch Times on June 23 before another round of closed-door meetings in Washington, Smith warned that the situation could “get very serious, very quickly.”
“We’re talking about shutting down automobile production lines and defense-contractor production lines,” he said.
So is this what you were expecting?
Another manipulated sell off?
I can’t tell you how Fk’d up this is.
Twelve years and to be @ 20 cents presplit, After two years plus several weeks after commercial scale plant results, we are still being fucked over by Mark’s Reco project.
REE’s? What REE’s?
And all this time the Belgians who put on all of Mark’s investor meets are probably feeling quite happily complicate.
Unreal ,
Mark, the Colorado boys and those scumbag MF’s from GXII, Dean Kehler and Michael Maselli will make pretty good bank. They have pennies invested compared with the rest of us.
I’m so fucking disgusted with Mark Smith and his team for fucking up this project. I hope Mark can redeem himself, but it’s not looking very promising at this point. More dilution and giving up more and more equity for NOTHING in return. The GXII deal has made Mark look like a complete failure.
Meanwhile the turd named Niocorp swirls around in the toilet at 21CENTS!!! while most shareholders probably wonder why they ever got anywhere near this POS!! and why they have wasted 10 years on a stock that has tortured them with no payoff in sight...... VERY HARD to be a Niocorp shareholder....the goal posts are on skates...... what a miserable joke this thing has been......
NCT
LMAO yes, and that means 7-9billion in market cap when we get fully diluted out 🤣 We will never get there. Come on early acquisition!
If this even hits $50 I'll be shaking too badly to get the sale order in. 🤣
Given the dilution and giveaways, I think the ceiling is 2-2.5B market cap and around $25/share someday during full production. Share price might be less than that because we probably will end up higher than 100M shares outstanding.
I have a pipe dream of a huge miner buying the resource outright at a price we cant refuse while the prices are sky high due to all the turmoil. The longer this takes the colder the fire will be. All that has to happen is we snuggle back up to China and this is toast again.
The China snuggles will happen in the next congress and presidency when the wild asses are handed their hats.
I agree, so we will reverse split his forward looking statement and call it $70-90 post split.
3 weeks ago you were dreaming about $3's. Suffice it to say we live in very different worlds. I bought more today, did you?
Great find!! 3 GREEN DAYS in a row! Let’s make it 4 and head into the weekend in the $3’s and never look back!! I can dream can’t I? Something is definitely behind the bush!
He's a fake poster?? You are the biggest troll this board has ever had, and you know it. Probably your biggest life achievement. Multiple accounts and multiple names for years.
That estimate was pre-split. They were spouting that share price estimate on the OTC. We came on to nas at less than $1 in terms of when they were talking $7-9.
$7-9 at feasibility study level as per Mark with only Niobium, Scandium, and Titanium.
Bring in REE’s and Alloys
And we are where?
We came onto Nasdaq @ $7.47
Wow! Gman you must have absolutely zero faith in management if your goal is a huuuuge
$1.00 a share destination lol 😂 WTF are you even invested in this if that’s your goal?? Put that shit in a CD and move on! I’m still laughing reading your post of $1.00 a share as your goal. Way to go out on a limb dude lol 😂 let’s see average share price is probably.50-$1.00 for most longs and you want to break even or even worse not keep up with inflation? You have to be a fake poster or one of Mark Smith minions saying this garbage. $1.00 fucking dollar buyout for a decade+ hold LMAO.
Thanks to innovations of scandium silicon alloys unmanned hypersonic stealth aircrafts traveling at 7.5 times of sound speeds, according to YouTube news videos.
As for NB and NIOBW I hold unwavering belief that US has to find ways for steady supplies of rare earths, otherwise US can no longer be the first in military powers.
So many things nowadays depend on rare earths in manufacturing of critical items, military or commercial uses.
I'm not a tax expert. I could be way off! Please post any other interpretations and do your own research.
Nice that the provisions can be extended for up to 2 years in the event of Acts of God.
The way it looks to me is it would be a huge benefit (to anyone) if they can get it up and running and making money before the end of 2030.
Provision: This provision allows taxpayers an additional first-year depreciation deduction equal to 100 percent of the adjusted basis of qualified production property.
(3) the original use of which commences with the taxpayer, (4) the construction, reconstruction or erection of which by the taxpayer begins after January 19, 2025, and before January 1, 2029 and (5) is placed in service after the date of enactment and before January 1, 2031, except in cases of Acts of God in which case the Secretary can extend the date by up to two years.
This provision also provides a special acquisition rule that allows a taxpayer to claim the qualified production property deduction for nonresidential real property (1) which is acquired by the taxpayer after January 19, 2025, and before January 1, 2029, (2) which was not used in a qualified production activity (without regard to the substantial transformation rule) at any time during the period beginning on January 1, 2021, and ending on May 12, 2025, (3) which was not used by the taxpayer or a related party at any time prior to such acquisition, (4) which is used by the taxpayer as an integral part of a qualified production activity, (5) which is placed in service in the United States or any possession of the United States, and (6) is placed in service after the date of enactment and before January 1, 2031, except in cases of Acts of God in which case the Secretary can extend the date by up to two years.
Provision: This provision makes several modifications to the advanced manufacturing production tax credit. It phases out the credit for producing critical minerals, with 75 percent of the credit allowed in 2031, 50 percent allowed in 2032, 25 percent in 2033, and no credit beginning in 2034.
The_Gman??
Would this even benefit NioCorp having no income, or would this benefit a big mining company buying NioCorp?
Agree with TH- $10 Buyout ( $1 pre split) would be a disaster! can you imagine we held on to this stock for 5-10yrs. to 'break even'.... F that!! the opportunity cost would be devastating..... need NB execution to get this into production AND get this "severely undervalued" stock out of the toilet....
NCT
Thanks for the Post, save me a lot of time.
Never learned technicals when I was younger. I now depend on my observations and instincts to buy / sell. Always limit no more than 3 stocks on my portfolio at any given time. Like penny stocks to start the plays.
For example at one point I had 1.25 million shares of LWLG and now I own 1.2 million NIOBW.
Earlier I told myself NB at $1.50 or below was good buys. If NB goes below $2 again I will accumulate more shares.
By good lucks I am doing very well the last 20 years since I took over as my own money manager.
Uncertain economy I keep most of my cash on money market account drawing interests.
Most recent updated short interest figures for NB as of June 15, 21025:
Short Interest Table
Percentage of Shares Outstanding 2.96
Number of Shares Short 1.65M
Number of Shares - Previous Month 1.49M
Short Interest Ratio (Days) 2.20
Short Interest Ratio - 1 Month Ago (Days) 2.69
as of 06/15/2025
Good Luck.
Hey im with ya. Its a sure thing this time. Surely. Can't go wrong. Sell the farm and buy shares.
Not what I say, it's what's happening. All of the items listed are currently verifiable through other known independent sources with the exception of:
Add'l possibilities with UK and Germany (I haven't found a UKEF or DE PR on this)
https://www.niocorp.com/british-export-credit-agency-issues-expression-of-interest-to-niocorp-for-potential-debt-guarantee-of-up-to-200-million-for-the-elk-creek-critical-minerals-project/
EXIM progressing (I haven't found an EXIM PR on this)
https://www.niocorp.com/exim-advances-niocorp-elk-creek-critical-minerals-project-to-independent-technical-review/
One would think that one of those government outfits would have pushed back if the press releases were inaccurate. If they were inaccurate, we're back to the assuming that NioCorp is trying to defraud (now 3) governments out of 100's of millions of dollars.
Never came close to meeting those conditions even for a day and the requirement was for five consecutive if I remember correctly.

Overview of the Elk Creek Project: http://www.niocorp.com/elk-creek-project/
U.S. Geological Society description of Elk Creek Carbonatite
"The Elk Creek carbonatite, located south of Lincoln, has the potential to be one of the largest global resources of niobium and rare-earth elements (REE). These REE's have many important applications in industry, including petroleum-cracking catalysis, steel alloying, and glass polishing, and as sources of permanent magnets and phosphorus for television and lighting.
The Elk Creek carbonatite is buried beneath about 500 feet of overlying rock and is known only from drill cores, which, until recently, have remained proprietary. Scientists from the USGS and the Conservation and Survey Division (CSD) of the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska--Lincoln have studied drill cores."

About NioCorp
NioCorp is developing a superalloy materials project in Southeast Nebraska that will produce niobium, scandium, and titanium. Niobium is used to produce superalloys as well as High Strength, Low Alloy ("HSLA") steel, which is a lighter, stronger steel used in automotive, structural, and pipeline applications. Scandium can be combined with Aluminum to make super-high-performance alloys with increased strength and improved corrosion resistance. Scandium also is a critical component of advanced solid oxide fuel cells. Titanium is used in various superalloys and has extensive uses in aerospace, defense, transportation, medical, and other applications. It also is a key component of pigments used in paper, paint and plastics.
