The original board wasn't shut down, it's still there and people are still posting on it.

This board however will be shut down, I-Hub doesn't allow duplicate boards, of which this is one.

I understand the various steps the previous NEWC stock went through, suspension, delisting, revocation, etc. What I don't understand is how the previous board, now "fka NEWC" can just be shutdown. The board operated through all those other actions and then disappeared and had to restarted. What's to keep this board from being shutdown?

NEWC was delisted due to lack of filing the financials. The CEO of the company is continuing with the company and moving forward with the mining approvals and hopes to have the stock trading again by the end of the year with a new stock symbol. The current owners of the stock will have the same shares they had when it was NEWC but with a new symbol if and when it starts trading again.

So as to not come across "too personal" to anyone, I will post to the general board. Does anyone know why the original "NEWC", now "(fka NEWC)" was terminated, canceled or whatever investorsHub did? It seems that there was a significant amount of correspondence taking place to just up and shutdown the board?

OK, so your answer to my question is that this board was created for those who are left holding worthless shares of NEWC and no one else is eligible to comment here?

Why did someone start a new board for NEWC??

NEWC does not exist as a tradable ticker anymore. Its SEC registration has been revoked and therefore cannot be traded on any exchange.

Maybe you can try buying or selling their cancelled stock certificates on ebay? In the old days, bankrupt company stock certificates were either destroyed by their owners or dumped in the attic for their future heirs to ponder.

The company has been delisted so I don't think there is a place for him to do that anymore.

Good to know. It would be nice if he communicated events like that himself or through a company release.

Site visit was completed by CAR on 10/19 and the technical evaluation should be completed in two weeks. He is moving forward with the mining project and also getting the stock trading again.

No word from Campo or anyone associated with the company since revocation. What does that tell you? He took the money and is gone. I think if there is hope, it’s that somehow all NEWC shares will transfer to a new company that Campo will set up in the future.
My bad for not selling when there was a nice profit. Foiled by greed once again!

Seems to be knocked out of the OTC once again.... The symbol is now invalid on Scottrade. Maybe gone for good this time around... I have no idea if this is really the case. I hope not.
