they have to wait til the day the D is placed on the stock to use the price that day. I see a drop here ahead of that and a price around .02 to .04 or so.
I will still hold my shares I have as they are all free and with a dip it will not be worth the price. Will have too wait till later to see the filing as link is down today.

They will use the closing price for the day before the split, so it will be below that

If they use the closing price on May 29, which was .0052, then the new reversed split price would be around .97. Any thoughts on that?

On May 29, 2013 a majority of shareholders and our board of directors approved an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation for the purpose of approving a reverse split of one to one hundred eighty eight in which each shareholder will be issued one common share in exchange for every one hundred eighty eight common shares of their currently issued common stock.

Why do you think they went this high when the O/S was already low.

First IRIS has six divisions that are in the profit and they are moving one into that comp[any.
I see them actually moving there whole company, but it is also possible they are moving another division as well.
They have filed an SOS with there state and it is for a reverse.
I have done very well on 100% of my reverses the last three years and the best went up 10005 as long as they were less then a 50.
Right now it I all to do with patience and now the filing has cleared the flippers out with no intentions of ever investing rather just gamblers following there favorite sheep dog herder.
Now we actually have people who know how to read a filings and look for value.
We now need to be patient on the buys and make a free share here as we wait for the SEC filing now.
Take the time to read the curetn filigns and be ready for a wait and see the next filing.

I really think the SEC filign will not be too bad here and be just enough to clear the way for a great opening for IRIS also ahead of the sec filing we will probably see a few runs anyways as they do not worry to much when they come to push them back up again.

I think we have seen the bottom here now and for those who want to ride out the news and also the D filing on this stock they will do well the next couple of months as long as it is less then a fifty multiple.

Was just noting on Friday that 180,600 was bought on the ask @.0018 then the bid moved to 219,400 @.0018.. those add up to 400k.

I figured someone was looking to add while waiting for news... Just making a further observation that he\she got filled... was hoping sellers would hold strong and make he\she move to the ask


but that didn't happen.

Finally got a chance to sit down.

After looking at the only action of the day. A buy of 180,600@.0018 and the bid now sitting at 219,400@.0018...those numbers add up to 400k.

It appears to me someone is hoping to pick up a small chunk prior to news.

Sellers need to hold strong, make him\her move up to the ask to get filled. DMPD will move up fast with news.

Personally I have done very well on reverses less then 50 to 1 and made as much as ten times my low buy.
Added a few more shares now on the panic and now sit back and enjoy the filings.
here is one on presplit drop and another below that.
30 to 1 at .002 to .03 then .28

40 to 1 at .003 to 1.20 to over 4.00

Another thing to consider is, since the STOA agreement was announced first, that maybe it hit a snag?

Being as DMPD didn't release any details of the agreement as STOA did, we don't know how/if it relates to the STOA agreement or not.

This is all speculation of course.

We won't know exactly what is happening until DMPD releases an update on their agreement with IRIS.

there are no filings as of yet and with the low float and all free shares here I am not selling.
I have done very well the last two years on small splits and do not run scared.\
Looking for bottom now and will add more shares just like the SANT reverse split as well as the OGNG reverse splits which I made a ten bagger on after the new3s on reverse and bought presplit at .002 and it split to .03 and then ran to .25
Run and sell if you want as most on IHUB have no clue anyways.
watch for the filing and like the STOA were they placed there trash business this will go back up and fear is no place in the market.
