The split is merely a requirement for the agreement which merges DMPD with a money generating machine in IRIS!

I agree and in the filings they moved all that profit out of the public right beofre needing to post a record year and this would have been at .25 this year had they not stole all the money. This actually could be investigated on there move on the shareholders this year in January as it was planned and done to keep the money and then dilute the old holders.
Worst part was I did well as I watched STOA board for two years ahead of this years move and it had looked great. Many got stuck but by now should have gotten out from my original report there this year in Jan.
worst part is when I saw the filings I spoke up on the baord and they all just blasted me for trying to lower the price when I said to sell above the penny.
The next week it sat almost at trips.
I try to look at the next year on these stocks and not this week unless they file a bad deal and then I say what I see
I still like this shell and with the reduction of shares it is a steal of a deal for the new owners whoever they may be.
I am not saying put thousands into this but just enough shares to have a stake for the next move after the revealing of were this is going .
To me it beats buying another pink stock at .001 that has billions of shares to sell all the way to .0001 and far less chance at thsi point of selling shares at all ahead of news like stoa did.

I would go one step further and say that $TOA is being chopped up and sold to the highest bidders.

I don't believe the BOD at $TOA has the interest if the retail investors in mind! IMO there was $1,000,000 worth of dilution this far just so they can close the doors and pad the pockets of CEO and BOD. I bought in to $TOA too! The last straw was when I started looking at all the websites they used to own and saw new owners at the bottom of the web page!!!

All I read on the STOA board when I brought that one too the attention of the IHUB and broke it above the .07 said it was only merging with the trash company that IRIS owns in waste disposal and STOA also did one heck of a move to get the profit company out of the stock and screw the shareholder with a huge share dump ahead of the filings with IRIS.
That is why I stopped moderating and even being on the STOA board.
I found this by reading the filings and feel much safer here even with the reverse then the 100's of millions of shares that STOA added this year to get the waste diposal company of IRIS.
I will wait here and see how my shares fair.

Good morning too all!!! I'm really liking the immediate future here at DMPD!

The war is on between two companies. Some will say there is no way DMPD can be the winner because employees work on the couch in their living room. IMO this is exactly what IRI$ is looking for, a fully reporting shell company!

Some will say too dangerous because of a large R/S 188:1... IMO this has been prescribed by IRI$. IRI$ wants 96.75% ownership in DMPD and will most likely change the ticker symbol immediately after consummation!

This means an OTC company with negligible revenue will suddenly have a yearly revenue of $169,400,000 and increasing!!!

So what is the timing for the news?

Is it reverse merger (RM) than reverse split (R/S)?

Is it R/S than RM?

Are they going to happen at the same time?

Cognitive Dissonance - loose definition: There is an internal struggle with holding two belief systems in your mind at the same time.

Currently the majority of people are believing in $TOA romance, but soon we will see the truth!

This dip is just another panic driven selling cycle due to the reverse split numbers.

I believe that the timing of the DMPD merger announcement in indicative of the STOA deal falling through and the reverse split is not an attempt to dilute but a requirement of the merger agreement with IRIS.

You don't need to file an 8k for a "non-binding letter of intent" only for a definitive agreement. The 8k dmpd filed specifically says it is a "non-binding letter of intent".

I think the people over $TOA land might be a little misguided... I was there and I started doing loads of DD after my day job.

DMPD is the only company with an SEC filing for the IRIS LOI.

1.6 mil. / 3.25% : X / 96.75%

96.75 x 1.6mil / 3.25 = 47.6 mil

Therefore 50mil OS out of 400mil AS under the IRIS ticker symbol!

With any decent multiples for PPS valuation DMPD could be trading on the Nasdaq very soon!

it seems like the STOA board is in panic mode. If there deal with IRIS falls through....IRIS will most likely move all thier assets into DMPD. SCORE!!

Some view it as a negative because they make the assumption that the company is doing it for the purpose of diluting as many companies do. I don't believe that is happening here.

Some view it as a positive and as you stated the valuation is the same and often some investors won't buy penny stock's.

We won't know until news is released whether this will be positive or negative.

I have seen situations where this type of move is a condition of an agreement between the companies involved and usually both are required to keep quiet until things are finalized.

In my personal opinion this will turn out to be a positive but we will have to wait and see.

Patience is needed in this type of situation and many do not have it. In the mean time my intention is to buy up the cheap shares as the weak hands let go of them.
