Barely! Looks like no interest in this the last month or so.
Is this not trading anymore?
It’s running may have started today! Oh boy especially with that possible new acquisition! I have the same hunger you have Joe! Loaded up on both of these with you!
Bought when it looked like he was going to grow and sold for a tad profit. Bought into the lab and sold even. Now got some @ .0003. Will Mr. Jim come thru? Probably not but when there's enough here to believe his next whatever will happen, then you can buy my shares. :)
I will in a position to add 50-100 million shares here after IN$D runs.
Hey NTRR Fam. Still here as well supporting the company every way I can. I’m 100 that NeutraCorp will get this acquisition done. Regarding the constant repetitive noise on Twitter by one individual as of this post there are no RS talks by the company. Disclaimer that same individual on Twitter is also buying shares while posting false information about the company. Think about that! No way they would RS with an acquisition in the process. My opinion on that topic is this. The only reason I believe if and that’s an if we would see a RS in the future is to better position ourselves and meet guidelines to be able to up list to a bigger exchange. Bigger exchange means more eyes and investors. How and when could that happy…. don’t know at the moment but if you have been here invested in the company for a while you know they have been going in the right direction for sure. I know I’m holding all my shares with no plans on selling. Again my opinions not a solicitation to buy or sell.
I'm still with you guys as well!!
Haven't sold a single share and don't plan on it. Could have bought and paid for a new truck.. But I still believe in this company regardless what others may think.
I do really hope this acquisition goes through though and we see some really good traction!
I'm in the same boat and holding. The reality is that selling now would bring a pittance, so I am letting it ride. I think all of us here thought that MJ would have been legalized by now at the Fed level. So, yes, branching out into the medical field looks like a good thing, but does NTRR have the funds to make it really happen?
As far as communication, I don't want to see Jim here pumping things up all the time, but like others, I would like some info/updates in somewhat of a timely fashion.
Thanks for your perspective. Been holding for approx.3 years myself. The more I think about it the more the idea of NTRR branching out into other segments of the nutraceutical industry makes sense... but still remaining in the cannabis market.
I don't know about the nutritional items, but you are right about the criticism.
Some people expect him to say what ever he is working on. That would be very detrimental towards what he would be working on, the company, himself, and all shareholders. He keeps us up on info, to a point, that he can share. I personally would like him to just drop a note once in a while to let us know that he is still working on things behind the scenes. The kind of progress he is making (not specific though), and an estimated time frame when he hopes to advise us shareholders. Even an early indication that a PR will be seen in a day or two (and follow up with said PR) so shareholders know he is alive and working on things for us. With the struggles from the government not pushing the cannabis usage through, he could be advising what they (he and others in the field) are doing to get the bills through. Contact names of the politicians so that we may make contact with them as well.
He seems to have been doing a lot for the company, but not so much for us shareholders. More communication to us, even small amounts, might help reduce the harsh criticism he has been getting from some here. That may also help to raise share structure. It definitely can't hurt.
Rip Master and a few others are trying to keep things positive, myself included. With the exception of the Market Makers that is.
I can't speak for others but I have not sold any of my shares nor do I intend to in the near future. I am here to see this ticker get some big life to it. And with what this company has, should already be half way there but it isn't. It has a long way to go. I just hope I will see it make the mark ($1.50 - $2.00) sooner rather than later, like 5 years not 20 years. I believe it will happen but don't know when.
Let's set the record straight with some truth. Our CEO has only used funds from investors for equipment, funding, filings, and payroll. He hasn't personally sold 1 stock and he's not been paid a penny in over 6 months & invested his own money.
— Neutra Corp (@CorpNeutra) February 19, 2023
I'm reading between the lines here and have no proof whatsoever, but in light of the recent acqusition, it seems NTRR may be entering a nutritional market in addition to the cannibas market.
Also, over the past few years ive seen posts critical of the CEO on rare occasion.
What are your thoughts?
Market makers have killed this stock.
This acquisition within the next 70 days or so would be the top I would think.
So what are the next hurdles or milestones that we need to overcome in the near future?
I guess we may hear something hopefully in the next few months.
March 7, 2022: As of now, there's no hearing scheduled. According to Hometown Hero, the next court date could take place in roughly 6-18 months (between July 2022 - July 2023). In the meantime, delta-8 remains legal to buy and sell in Texas.
I have seen that Delta8 is running into a problem in Texas from a Senator that wants to hinder its usage. Maybe part of the reason for the difficulties here. Don't have anything to back it up. Just my thoughts and opinion.

Well that was the magic # so lets pump it so I can play it again Sam. :)
The company they are making the acquisition on looks pretty solid to me. Anyone else done any research on them and have thoughts?

More likely it's HFT's
"First, let’s get out of the way what we’re actually talking about: High-Frequency Trading (HFT) can be defined as using an automated trading system that uses complex algorithms to scan markets for even the smallest of opportunities, execute millions of orders at speeds faster than the traditional market participants.
Often they make only a small profit on each transaction but by being super fast and placing vast amounts of orders they nonetheless generate large returns."

Thank you very much for that reply and the Link.
The news sounds very good...I like the daily volume for a newbie to pick up a few and the new merger/aquisition sounds good.
I hope it pulls just a wee bit tomorrow (sorry) so that I can get a taste
Hey delerious1!
I can't speak on the future, however they have stated several times in the past there will be no R/S.

Go NTRR!!
Looks like good news I wonder how they will set up the deal and the share structure.
Has the company ever stated their feelings on Reverse stock splits
Fantastic news today!!
And people said they would follow through on their plan.
Excited to see what the company does moving forward. :D
Dilution is a necessary evil and is what helps small businesses survive and grow such as partially funding acquisitions and such. NTRR needs some big investors as they cannot rely on retail as most are here just to flip for profits. I’d rather dilution than getting caught up in toxic lenders.
NTRR constant dielution here, I said it before and CEO claimed it was false but just look at the OS and you can see who was lying.
That’s significant for sure

NTRR is a company that will require some patience. If your in this for quick $ probably (not financial advice but) buy another stock. This is an investment a buy and hold long term for me. I believe in the company as a whole the products they offer and their vision. A lot of people have zero knowledge the amount of time energy and $$$ it takes in this market. I do however. Just equipment alone is expensive. A gummy machine runs $15k. Fertilizers. Not to mention the sterile like environment the products need to be grown and packaged in. The daily maintenance upkeep and the constant testing (typically done by a third party) the product has to undergo before it is even approved for sale all require $$$. And until the safe banking is approved it’s not like companies can just stroll down to the local bank for funding which is how some can get caught up in toxic lending. NTRR products are sold in over 150+ locations. The company has paid down extensive debt. I agree we need some updates and I believe that we will get some shortly. Be good fellow holders.
Interesting.....

I don't know. I am too far in the weeds(pun intended)to sell, so I have to ride it out. Sydney is not doing the company any favors by not updating things. I have ordered and received several different products in a timely manner from Vivis, and have been happy with them. So, I don't understand the low sales volume.
Who is lately putting up millions of shares on the sell side? There has been no f___ing news to justify it! What do they know that we don't? Or are they of the sell low and buy high mentality?
Agreed I was hoping to have made a good bit on my last few buys by now. Tempted to pick up a bit more at this price but I already have more invested in this than I should in any single stock. Still holding out hope this will move in the right direction soon. Glta.
Agreed. Very much so.
Dammit, it's a ghost town in here with zero updates. I know the whole market is in distress, but this is disheartening for sure.
I agree to a point. But the market makers have been having a field day playing with this here. I wish I could afford to buy more but with limited income and the way the cost of living has increased, I can't afford the risk. Even though I firmly believe in the company. The government needs to get off their ass and pass the laws that would get this thing, and others like it, moving for the betterment of the public. As with other people, this is my opinion.
If people ever bought the ask and not the bid, we wouldn't be in the situation we are in currently.
Still a great company producing quality products with distribution all across the U.S.
No reason at all this would stay in the trips forever imo.
I'd buy @ .0002 and sell @ .0005 if everybody can cooperate! :)
I had shed most a while ago but would buy again if something actually happened. :)
All market maker activity. What surprises me more is no posts for the past two weeks.

KATY, TX / ACCESSWIRE / February 4, 2021 / Neutra Corp. (OTC PINK:NTRR) ("Neutra" or "the Company") has decided to release a statement that management does not plan on having a share consolidation, also known as a "reverse split" at this time. Instead, the Company will focus on the growth of its wholly owned subsidiary VIVIS CBD.
"We have made leaps and bounds to where we were before in 2018," said Neutra CEO Sydney Jim. "We have built our own production facility, launched new CBD products, hired a national sales staff, and gained new white label contracts. Neutra will be concentrating on growing VIVIS CBD in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders. Hopefully, we will have our final piece for complete vertical integration soon."
Neutra Corp. (OTC: NTRR) is a research and development company bringing modern solutions to nutraceuticals, food and drug and environmental purification markets. Founded in 2011, the company formed in the vitamin and supplement health and wellness industry, later expanding into medical cannabis, and now is directing its key focus to the rapidly growing hemp-based cannabidiol (“CBD”) segment. Neutra intends to become a vertically integrated company engaged in all areas of the seed-to-sale value chain, including cultivation, manufacturing, formulation of products, distribution and retail sales.
Within its broadened scope, Neutra intends to commercialize offerings designed for a growing new world culture where consumers are coming to expect products that promote health and stave off potential dangers. The company is focusing on meeting this demand with cutting-edge products, solutions and technologies that meet increased needs of health- and environment-conscious consumers.

Neutra Among First to Apply for Texas Hemp Handling License
Press Release | 03/20/2020
SUGAR LAND, TX / ACCESSWIRE / March 20, 2020 / Neutra Corp. (OTC PINK:NTRR) has applied for a hemp handling license in Texas, the first step towards legal cultivation and processing of its own hemp in the Lone Star state. It also puts Neutra closer to its long-term goal of becoming a vertically integrated company with grow, produce and distribute hemp and hemp-based CBD products without having to rely on any outside sources.
"We were online the moment the application portal opened," said Neutra CEO Sydney Jim. "This is a big development for us. Obtaining a license will greatly help us accelerate our ongoing vertical integration plan. Having a hemp source close to home will also enable us to speed production and get products to market much faster and cheaper."
The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) opened its online application portal March 16. The online portal will help speed application processing and approval versus the traditional method of mailing in an application. Application processing and approval is estimated to take up to 60 business days, the TDA states.
The TDA has been quite supportive of hemp production in Texas under current Commissioner Sid Miller. Miller said it "is a great victory for Texas" when the U.S. Agriculture Department approved the Texas Hemp Plan, opening the door to legalization of cultivation and processing of the crop.
Neutra has been preparing and working towards vertical integration. The company has a fresh influx of private equity funding. It's also looking to integrate technology into its CBD production efforts.
The CBD marketplace has taken off in the past few years. Consumers have discovered the many health benefits of hemp-based oils, lotions and supplements and have opened up their wallets to buy CBD products. As a result, some market analysts expect CBD product sales to reach an estimated $16 billion by 2026, up from just a little over $1 billion in 2018.

Cutting-edge technologies within the nutraceuticals, food and drug, and environmental purification sectors are creating a new kind of world culture-one where consumers are demanding access to products that promote health and stave off potential health dangers. Neutra Subsidiary VIVIS Awarded Texas Hemp-Handling License; Now Installing Equipment to Ramp Up Production
SUGAR LAND, TX / ACCESSWIRE / April 15, 2020 / Neutra Corp. (OTC PINK:NTRR) subsidiary announces it has received a hemp-handling license from the Texas Department of Agriculture. This license will allow VIVIS to legally cultivate and process hemp within the Lone Star State, fulfilling a key part of Neutra's vertical integration plan, put into place last year. Now, with license in hand, VIVIS and Neutra are busy with the initial phase of installing processing equipment at its new Houston facility.
"This is definitely an historic day for Neutra and its investors," said Neutra CEO Sydney Jim. "This license will help us greatly optimize and improve our operations. We have control of our process from cultivation, to processing, to production, to marketing, to sales. We'll be better able to ensure we're putting out a contaminant-free, hemp-based product, which should give us a big edge in the market with consumers seeking top-tier CBD oils, lotions, supplements, etc., at competitive prices."
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the globe, Neutra has not let the coronavirus and subsequent economic shutdown stand in the way of its progress. Instead, it sees this time as an opportunity to focus and direct its energies. This will ensure it's in a strong position to take advantage of opportunities when the pandemic passes and consumer economic activity resumes. The company has made smart use of the private equity funding it received at the beginning of the year. In addition to applying for and now getting the Texas hemp-handling license, Neutra has also been examining ways to integrate more technology into its hemp-based CBD production efforts.

Neutra's Houston Facility Ready to Debut at Opportune Time as FDA Nears Guidelines for CBD Products in Food
SUGAR LAND, TX / ACCESSWIRE / April 24, 2020 / Neutra Corp. (OTC PINK:NTRR) is nearing another important milestone. With its Texas hemp-handling license now in hand, the company is preparing to open its new Houston-area facility in about a week. This facility will give Neutra greater ability to process hemp into CBD products for sale into an ever-growing market.
The processing site's debut couldn't come at a better time. Even though the COVID-19 pandemic has forced many businesses to close, or at least curtail operations, hemp-based-CBD sales remain strong as consumers still have ample access to products via e-commerce outlets. In addition, the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) is evaluating potential ways to allow CBD to be used as a dietary supplement and is looking to come up with enforcement discretion guidance.
"Our new facility is going to put us in a strong, solid position for future growth," said Neutra CEO Sydney Jim. "We'll be able to create new products, take advantage of economies of scale, build market share and innovate strategies to improve shareholder value. And, if the FDA does allow CBD as a dietary supplement, we'll be able to quickly take action."
CBD (aka cannabidol) is the non-psychoactive component of cannabis derived from hemp. CBD does not provide a high, as does THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). Consumers use hemp-based CBD oils, topical, lotions and supplements to achieve relief from pain and muscle discomfort, stress and anxiety, and insomnia.
The CBD market has enjoyed steady growth in recent years. This growth is fueled by legislation that made hemp-based CBD legal, as it is not considered a controlled substance.
CBD was one of 2019's top-selling supplements. End-of-year sales topped $1 billion. Analysts predict sales reaching $10 billion by 2024 as its popularity with consumers soars.
