Do you have reason to believe that they might sell out as a shell company?

How do you know the company had nothing to do with the spamming? Do you remember where you read that? They dont fair too well with communication. Probably one reason they are down so much. They other is that the auditor thought they could not stay in business.lol Just curious though. Been keeping this one of watch for some time in case of a bounce.

It appears they have changed accountants. This is good news as it shows they will still file and remain on the OTCBB.

I know I'm talking to myself but this stock is no doubt being accumulated big time....in carefully timed spurts by one or two people (IMO). This stock (IMO) is about to be spammed big time AGAIN and will fly into the .20's fast. With only 34 million shares outstanding, and a fully reporting OTCBB company with 10 million in revenues this stock should be at .25 anyways. A 1 million dollar MC is insane!!

If anybody believes the old saying about buying when no one else wants it than this is the stock to buy now and wait for things to happen.

OH. and one more thing, The reason for all the warnings on pinksheets.com was because this stock was HEAVILY spammed a while back. From what research I have done the company had nothing to do with the spamming but their reputation was heavily damaged because of it. One day soon this stock will wake up like a sleeping giant. I think a 10 bagger is a realistic possibility. I wouldn't bet the farm but it IS worth throwing a few bucks at.

They must be still in business as they released some pretty good earnings a couple months ago. I have seen this before with stocks in the past. No PR's except financials for a long time and then WHAMO! they start to pr some things and the stock flies. With only 34 million shares outstanding this will be a dime before you can blink. I have recently taken a moderate position here and will sit on it. They could sell for twice their market cap as a shell company for a reverse merger canidate. Going rate for an OTCBB shell stock is 2-3 million depending how "clean" it is.

No not to my recollection. Thats how I found it. It was an reporting otcbb that was on the pink sheets caveat emptor list. I thought how could a reporting company actually be on a list that has a skull and bones on it.lol But thats the problem with company. Must not be good if they wont release anything.
