Pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, following the Reincorporation Merger Mr. Campbell purchased from the Company an aggregate of 19,000,000 shares (the “Shares”) of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (“Common Stock”), for an aggregate purchase price of $50,000. Immediately following the issuance of the Shares pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, an aggregate of 21,420,492 shares of Common Stock was issued and outstanding and the shares of Common Stock owned by Mr. Campbell represented approximately 88.7% of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of the Company on a fully-diluted basis. The Shares were acquired with funds that Mr. Campbell borrowed from an entity controlled by a current director of the Company.

They have until the 15th, but this is the latest they have went without posting their earnings. Makes you wonder if they were really good why wouldn't they have rushed to put them out, like PDGE.ob did today. However, not a great report in their minds might be flat over last year which wouldn't be terrible they did earn about .06 in q3 of last year if I remember right, and for a stock trading at .90 that is far from a problem in my opinion. Nevertheless, just a little concerned that they haven't released their earnings yet, but am still very hopeful on this one. Of course this is all just my humble opinion, and as always do your own DD.

Repost of my assumptions of the upcoming earnings release by RIMS.

RIMS Assumptions. Looking at last years q3 (Comparable Period). They had revenues of 1,127 million according to yahoo finance.

1) The first two quarters of the year revenue has grown (year over year by 32%) So In my assumption lets say they grow revs by 25%. So that would give us 1.4 million I believe revs will come in around here could be wrong.
2) Secondly, Gross Profit Percentage was 41.25% last q3. But lets not go that high lets say gross profit is 37.5% (Approx last two quarters) so that gives us around 528K left
3) Say SGA around 200k came in around there last 4 quarters.
4) Leaves us with earnings of about 328k with about 4.65 million shares outstanding this quarter (estimate). That gives us earnings about .07 this quarter. Obviously applied no tax in my estimates.

REPOST FROM VALUE MICROCAPS:

RIMS: TIME TO POUND THE TABLE.

"Robocom Systems International Inc. (RSI) develops, markets and supports advanced warehouse management software solutions that enable companies to automize their warehouse operations and have inventory visibility throughout the supply chain." I like the business they are in.

It is trading right now at a PE of under 7. It has no debt, but 19 cents in cash on an 84 cent stock! The float is whopping 1.9M. Earnings are very stable (9 straight profitable quarters). And, next quarter has been their best the last 2 years.

Best of all, it was higher than it is RIGHT NOW numerous times over the last year and a half. I can't understand why this stock doesn't move. At least put in a low-ball limit order. You might get hit. But, either way, it is a steal right here IMO. The only way it isn't is if somebody knows something.

Hello Board, I will do my best to keep this board up to date on this company. RIMS Earnings could be out this week, and could be as good as about .08 but we should at least see .04 this quarter. But considering the stock is trading @ .80 with a decent balance sheet, this is a pretty good buy here. Of course this is just my humble opinion. As always do your own DD.
