tomorrow it should be trading. actually restriction comes off at 11:59 P.M. EST tonight thursday the 1st. This could get real interesting imho.
According to www.firstmicrocapreport.com, on February 13, 2012 the site issused a BUY recommendation to purchase NKRN. The illegal BUY recommendation from Leslie Howard stated:
"NKRN: Barely made it before the promo
I suspect that Stock Mister didn't like the fact that I beat him to the punch on this one, as he put out an alert shortly after I issued my pre-promotion alert. My subscribers were able to get in a couple of cents cheaper. I wouldn't be surprised to see this go all week and I do not have any sell orders in yet."
Is Leslie Howard aka George Sharp/Helischauer admitting to knowledge of a pre-promotion and is offering this out as an insider trading tip to his subscribers? By his own admission, the answer to this question sure looks like a YES.
Ironically, on February 15, 2012, just one day before the SEC suspension, Leslie Howard aka George Sharp/Helischauer issues his "Morning Coffee" report and states:
"NKRN: I'm out
I will probably regret moving out of this stock, but I told you in yesterday's Coffee that I would be out of at least half of my position at some point and I ended up selling it all. Promoters continue to be added to this project, but I was very disappointed by the stock's performance so, following my own Rules of Thumb, I got out of Dodge with a small profit. I am now done covering this stock."
Does Leslie Howard aka George Sharp/Helischauer have a crystal ball? It surely can't be a coincidence that he was able to get out of his position in NKRN prior to the general investment public being warned and having the same opportunity. To be able to take a profit on NKRN before the SEC suspension happened could only have come from knowledge from an insider or an affiliate at NKRN. Was a relationship ever disclosed? We have started an investigation into NKRN and will let you know our findings next week.
According to the SEC:
The Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"), of trading in the securities of Nikron Technologies, Inc. ("Nikron"), of Topeka, Kansas at
9:30 a.m. on February 16, 2012, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. on March 1, 2012.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Nikron because of possible manipulative conduct occurring in the market for the company’s stock. Nikron is quoted on OTC Link operated by OTC Markets Group, Inc. under the ticker symbol "NKRN."
It is clear that just three days before the suspension was issued by the SEC, www.firstmicrocapreport.com and Leslie Howard aka George Sharp/Helischauer was pumping NKRN on his "Morning Coffee" report and "Afternoon Tea" report. It is also clear that one day before the SEC suspension, Leslie Howard aka George Sharp/Helischauer got out of the entire position he held. What is not clear is how he got out of the position. I am sure the SEC will like to know. My only question is will they serve the Tandy letter at his fake Aruba location or his actual San Diego address?
We do find it interesting that the day Leslie Howard aka George Sharp/Helischauer issued his buy recommendation on NKRN, is the same day we announced that there is in fact NO Leslie Howard and that the man behind www.firstmicrocapreport.com is none other than www.pumpsanddumps.com founder, George Sharp/Helischauer. As we stated in our February 13, 2012 announcement, our report was being sent to Ic3, FINRA and SEC enforcement as a complaint. We can only hope that our report aided is stopping what looks to be a market manipulation fraud perpetrated on the public.

oops, forgot about the holiday monday. trading should resume 03/02/12.
It's sad really, the only peeps that get hurt are the investors.
$NKR
No kiddin, I didn't get in, BUT , sure have some friends that did, looks like many got caught with their pants down here, sec sure is getting tougher. I bethca the recent volume was the cause . Unreal what the sec does from time to time.
trading will resume on 03/01/12 on the grey market. what happens to your money depends entirely on what you will be able to sell your shares for. historically, the prognosis is not good for suspended companies.
I am not sure why it was halted but I think most of the action was done behind the scenes. I never got an email on it but heard a few things
So what happens now? And specifically, what happens to the money I have tied up in this thing?
Who went on this for it to get halted.
Damn. Well, I guess the pps won't be going down for a few days...
NKRN SEC Suspension:
http://sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2012/34-66405.pdf
The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”), of trading in the securities of Nikron Technologies, Inc. (“Nikron”), of Topeka, Kansas at 9:30 a.m. on February 16, 2012, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. on March 1, 2012.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Nikron because of possible manipulative conduct occurring in the market for the company’s stock. Nikron is quoted on OTC Link operated by OTC Markets Group, Inc. under the ticker symbol “NKRN.”
The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.

If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, he should refrain from entering quotations relating to Nikron securities until such time as he has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
If any broker, dealer or other person has any information which may relate to this matter, Gerald Gross, Assistant Regional Director, of the New York office of the Securities and Exchange Commission should be telephoned at 212-336-0085.
Excellent. Still hanging on and hoping to see another promoter come out with this one.
NEWS OUT! $NKRN
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=51206023
I had to get out yesterday with basically breaking even. Been invested only about a month, and was always in the red. Not surprised to see this go up this morning, and was hoping for newcomers that it would get over .30. Three things made me sell yesterday
-never could understand the immediate decrease in outstanding shares (authorized I get), but outstanding...how?
-The pr yesterday was a replica of an earlier one just weeks before
-Hearing that a promo was happening
Never know, this could run back into the 20's or 30's before weeks end. But I won't be here. I was planning to add if it dropped, but not now. GLTA
I'm holding for a couple days any way. If I had more cash I'd be buying more here. Everything in penny land seems to be struggling today. GLTA.
Good luck, the stock mister promo ends today! It was two days but started yesterday. I'm sure they sold this morning.
Just out from penny stock circle:
Today's Pick NKRN has Entered Bounce Territory!
Watch NKRN Closely for a Rebound!
February 14, 2012
Good Afternoon Traders,
It hasn't been one of our better mornings, but behind every cloud is a ray of sunshine. Our new pick NKRN experienced a price correction and has retraced to its lower support trend line this morning. We feel that this has the potential to create a substantial bounce opportunity. Now we aren't recommending that our readers attempt to catch a falling knife, however, watch NKRN closely for a potentially lucrative bounce from this range. More details below...
We want to remind everyone that PSC picks are generally shorter-term. We look for breaking stocks that move fast and provide amazing day-trade opportunities! This often means get in fast and get out faster, and of course use established trading strategies and techniques. Beware of morning gaps and watch your investments closely. Those that trade responsibly also profit responsibly
NKRN (Nikron Technologies, Inc.)
We issued NKRN (Nikron Technologies, Inc.) to our readers last night when it was priced at $0.196 PPS. NKRN gapped higher prior to the market open today and immediately pulled back to support after reaching a HOD of $0.23 PPS. We believe that the current pullback has the potential to create a solid bounce play from its current range.

Should have bought more at .16 but chickened out I think we see a bounce now
I agree there should be a bounce. From the stockmister alert it looks like a two day promo that should continue through tomorrow. Leslie Howard said he was selling half his shares today in his morning update which probably induced some to take profits which then had the impact of scaring others off. I bought more on this dip and am looking to sell tomorrow afternoon.
Yep, one day wonder here. Promo sucked big time! Got out with small profit this a.m. I could tell by the way it was trading yesterday that today it wouldn't do much and then the promoters and others would sell off. Could have a bounce like WTII had last week but good luck getting in at the bottom!
Pretty pathetic pump - what have they sold so far themselves perhaps $300K these guys are small fry if thats the case - they need to sell a lot more just to cover a small promo so I think we see a bounce today but I have been wrong before and will be again
It was promoted yesterday. Now the company or promoters are selling their shares.
Some promoters are better than others at providing 1+ day gains, some are crap.
Why is this tanking this AM surely this is not a one day wonder? any thoughts people?
Strong close, setting up nicely for tomorrow
Yep looks like heavy accumulation this morning before it starts to run!
indeed and Stockmister always preludes other promoters.
This will be heavily promoted this week for sure.
Glad I got in this morning $$$$
Another promotion from StockMister out just now
University of Wyoming Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute Assisting Nikron Technologies With Identification of Potential Heavy Oil Production
PR Newswire
TOPEKA, Kan., Feb. 13, 2012
TOPEKA, Kan., Feb. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Nikron Technologies, Inc. (OTC Pink: NKRN) has developed cutting edge technology which relates to high temperature steam generators for use in the production of heavy oil.
As much as 60-80% of oil contained in mainland U.S. reservoirs has been left behind because it was too difficult and expensive to extract up until now.
Nikron presents a cost effective solution to oil recovery which eliminates the costs and uncertainties associated with exploration and drilling by targeting these known fields with proven reserves by capturing this "left behind" oil.
The Wyoming University Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute (EORI) has as its mission maximizing economic potential for application of enhanced oil recovery so as to benefit Wyoming oil producers, increase oil production, and, in turn, increase tax revenues for the state.
The EORI was created and is financially supported by the Wyoming State Legislature. The governor appoints and the legislature confirms eight commissioners who serve on the Enhanced Oil Recovery Commission (EORC) to oversee EORI's financial and strategic planning (See www.uwyo.edu/eori).
EORI is dedicated to delivering relevant, topical solutions to producers in Wyoming so that benefits can be realized in a reasonable period of time. The Institute is primarily focused on application of new technology, and supports additional development work necessary to support commercial-scale implementation.
The Institute is working with Nikron in identifying and screening steam flood candidates within the state. To that end, EORI has prepared for the sole use of Nikron an initial reservoir screening report of applicable EOR steam flood candidates in Wyoming.
Max Gaither, Nikron Secretary, stated: "We are delighted to be working with the Institute. The use of their facilities and resources advances our operations manifold. Their abilities of professionalism are appreciated. They enjoy an outstanding reputation within the industry, and their over-all knowledge of the field is of invaluable assistance to us. They provide us with an expertise and depth of knowledge which is priceless."
Yeaaa I'm in to got 2 promos on this this morning volumes here already should see 4-5 mil volume easy today and push up 40% and it's jst getting started IMO good luck all
Got a starter position here. Looks like there could be some nice stuff in the works!
Just chatter, or something to hang your hat on? Is this a trade, or an investment?
I live in Kansas, and the price of land has skyrocketed due to new techniques in drilling. Southern part of the state has recently discovered what some describe as large as, or even larger than what west Texas (permian basin) held decades ago.
What drew me here is the headquarters in Topeka, Ks, but only see pr's relating to Wyoming. Hope they are buying up the drilling rights next door to me, and I can share in some of the success.
I to hear all kinds of things but having said that i have been hearing a lot of chatter on different boards about this stock. I grabbed a bunch of this last wk.

Penny Stock Research
Is Pandora (P) A Good Buy?
By Gordon Lewis
Monday, December 12, 2011
Many of 2011’s high profile internet IPOs have disappointed so far. LinkedIn (LNKD), Groupon (GRPN), and Pandora (P) are all trading lower than their IPO opening day prices.
Each company has their own set of challenges to overcome. But the overall market conditions haven’t helped. The European debt crisis is weighing on many investors’ risk appetites.
So now that these internet stocks have sold off, are any of them worth buying?
----------Advertisement----------
Could one of these penny stocks be the "next Apple"?
Everyone knows buying the next Apple, Intel, or Microsoft is the quickest and easiest way to become wealthy...
The trick is finding these companies before they become the next big thing.
Click here to discover the 3 “X-Factors” that practically guarantee you’ve found one of these life-changing penny stocks that can turn $500 into HALF A MILLION or more!
---------------------------------
The company you may want to take a closer look at is Pandora.
In case you aren’t familiar with the company, Pandora is in the internet radio business. Basically, Pandora allows listeners to create custom radio stations based on genres or artists they like. The company makes money from advertising and subscription-based services.
At a current price of $9.90 a share, P shares are 62% off their post-IPO high.
So why the steep decline?
For one, many investors don’t feel Pandora will be consistently profitable anytime soon. The company’s in growth mode and they plan on spending money to expand. But that means lower profits or even losses for the time being.
More importantly, Pandora has significant up and coming competition from Spotify and Clear Channel’s (CCMO) iHeartRadio. Spotify in particular is a trendy product attracting a lot of attention.
Here’s the thing…
Pandora is currently the dominant company in this space. And there’s no reason to believe they’ll relinquish their crown anytime soon.
Just look at these statistics from their recent earnings report…
Quarterly revenue jumped to $75 million, an impressive 99% year over year increase. Over the same period, active users reached 40 million… a 65% increase.
To put it in perspective, that’s a 66% share of US internet radio.
Here’s the best part…
Pandora only has 4.3% share of total US radio listening. While that’s a big jump from 2.1% a year ago, there’s clearly huge potential to grow their market share.
What’s more, the company raised their revenue and profit guidance for 2012.
It sure seems to me Pandora’s headed in the right direction… with an enormous market yet to be tapped.
Of course, there’s some risk involved with buying Pandora. What their competition does from here on out is going to be very important… especially, rapidly growing Spotify.
However, at these prices, I think Pandora is worth a shot. Given their market share of the internet radio business, the downside risk is limited. And more importantly, with the amount of radio listeners yet to adopt internet radio, Pandora’s upside potential is off the charts.
Yours in profit,
Gordon

Heavy oil JUNK! My guess shes got loads of downside!! .02 PT
All the pumpers already left.............IMO
I went though to NKRN Intro Message and the Nikron web site and could not find any reference to any patent(s) that they might have to protect their process. Also sent a message via the "contact us" page of their web site asking about this with no response. Anyone on this board have any info on how they will protect their process?
Just guessing of course but TODAY NKRN may have close to "0" volume as that crazy AMWI has a lot of the PLAYER's attention. Its getting a good bounce back from a close of .26 could go back over .50 quickly or DROP again like a rock. My own opinion on AMWI is that its a PUMP&DUMP SCAM but (LOL) its in play of the day. This penny market is CRAZY.
