This one I can tell you for Fed because we have actually talked about this at length recently....optionsHouse was started by one of the founders of Fast Money - Stock Trades are a flat 4.95 each way, and Options are 9.95 each way, with no per contract fee. The only catch with them is that they charge .01 per share for stocks below $2, so you wouldn't want to do your penny trading here.
If you have a small amount of capital and want to be able to day trade, I highly recommend Prodigy....commish is comparable to a Scotty.
