I finally was able to sell my shares at .0001. I put a order in to sell 1 million at 1 as soon as it started trading again. It only partially filled 700k. It took until today to sell the rest.

Good riddance. At least I won’t get stuck with shares I can’t sell.

ya, i dunno, i was just guessing. i do know that if a broker sold you the stock then they can not refuse a sell order. so if that poster is still having trouble placing an order, maybe he should call.

lucky... i sold the grey sheet 'mshe' last year with a GTC market order, and i was not the only one with this experience. a close friend sold a couple of grey sheets in exactly the same manner.

i don't know if it means anything, but we both have accounts with AmeriTrade and it's been my understanding that they -- AT -- sweep out those orders late in the year. in any case, the same thing happened to me the year before in another stock i'm too faded to remember. fwiw, both orders were placed in early Sept and filled in mid-December.

of course, today is today and yesterday is long past. or so i've heard. one's mileage may vary.

i don't think you can place a market order on the grey market because there is no market.

MM’s have to manually match bid and ask.

actually, it's the brokers. most trades on the grey market are done in house. if a broker has a match he can make he notifies their mm and the mm facilitates the trade. there is no incentive for a broker to call other brokers looking for a match other than generating a small trading fee. there is even less incentive for an mm to call around as they make no money. they facilitate trades as a favor to their broker clients.

the reason this hasn't traded is because there is either no interest or because there has not been a meeting of the minds between buyers and sellers.

here is what will happen. the company has three options to deal with the revocation of registration proceedings that have already begun.

1) they can ignore the notice to respond in which case the stock will be revoked. it will trade on the greys until it is.

2) they can appeal the revocation notice and they will be denied and revoked. it will just take longer. it will trade on the greys until it is revoked.

3) the can accept the sec's recommendation to voluntarily accept revocation. in that case, while it still would be revoked, it leaves the door open to at some point in the future, after they have their financial house in order, to file a form 10 registration and become a public company again. in that case revocation would come rather quickly. maybe even as soon as the suspension is over but that would be rare.
