What a crock of attempted manipulation ......two pre trades of 100 shares each to pull the price down .33c Are traders that stupid to be sucked in by such B/S?

What is with the movement in this stock....it comes out of the gate with a nice rise and then is immediately pulled back...why would someone sell so much lower than the opening price....as if to cull any upward movement.....is this robot trading, or shorts trying to halt any upward movement?

With what credentials under your belt do you make that assertion? A reverse split would have happened regardless of any merger....it did not take a genius to see that.

Read my June 15,2017 post! Reverse stock split announced yesterday ! I was 100 percent correct! More dilution! This company is finished! After both phase III results failed a year and a half ago !!Do not buy !! They have nothing!!

Could be wrong but I'm leaning toward this being an opportunity going into the merger with current shares in hand for transfer/trade into shares of the new company.

Chart was ready, doesn't always pan out. Still may run, who knows. I think investors need to know the specifics of the merger especially in relation to the RS. I understand that the RS in this situation is necessary to make it work percentage wise for both companies and really is a non factor, or should be. but the term has such a negative connotation everyone runs for the hills. there is another way to look at this, this may be a gift to obtain very cheap shares. This is a safe play long term no doubt, I'm just not a long termer on it yet.

looks like we know about the same. i guess we wait, in the meantime this is looking to pop. i didn't mean to give you crap or unwanted advice, i used to complain about the same thing, especially with something promising like this one, as compared to pos otc's which are mostly just scam shells.
