Oh my! check the pinksheets.com It got updated on 12/12/06 with the info. from the company. Guess what, the float is 30M and os is 99M. That's right, THE FLOAT IS 30M Majority owned by insiders. PPS explosion is forthcoming along with the name and ticker change. No wonder an uptrend had started last couple of days bouncing off a low of 0.007 due to short covering

it is looking better. Added some here last friday to my .02 left overs for .013 new avg. Seems like WDCO and SSGI have been staying away which is a great sign considering they were the sellers pulling this down. Todays close was just above 10 day moving average which hasn't been breached since .15 or so??? Think its bounce time!!!

Observation regarding the share structure & float:

Nov. 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Metropolis Technologies Corp. (Other OTC:MTPT.PK - News) announced today that the Board of Directors and the majority of its shareholders have approved a proposal to officially change the name of the company to ``Impact E-Ticketing Corporation.'


Did any of you guys receive any notification regarding a proposal for the name change? If not, I think its safe to assume that the Board of Directors or our officers maintain the majority shareholder position of this company. If this is the case, I think it's safe to assume that the technical float can be no more than 50 million shares... just imo.... what do you guys think?


and actually... to build up on that: If the Company has managed to re-acquire 19 million shares (I assume this means buyback, please correct me if i'm wrong), then the actual amount of tradeable shares (float) ought to approximately be around 31 million

jus t in my opinon i`m thinking they are selling offf shares and almost out of shares. I`m pretty new to trading so don`t go by what i do. i`ve been trading for 2 years and learning.

True, there could be restricted shares that have matured. If 504 shares are being sold that would increase the O/S. I do think this is happening since the O/S is slowly creeping up.

There's really no way to know for sure, especially with pinks but it's better that the authorized is 100M and not higher (for now). My 'bet' is that the selling will end before the authorized is increased. With the upcoming events in the past PRs this could get more attention soon.

I'm rollin the dice.

Many shares that are in the OS might not be part of the float yet.

I just called, there are 99,668,775 O/S shares of MTPT, as of today, the 20th of nov. 2006. so 331,225 to go. thats not that big of a change from that other posting. maybe they have a bottom set on their selling price or stopped selling.
