SECURITY DESCRIPTION: Metromedia Intl Group, Inc., 7.25% Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock, liquidation preference $50 per share, redeemable at the issuer's option on or after 9/15/2000 at $52.5375 per share declining to $50 per share by 9/15/2007 plus accrued and unpaid dividends, with no stated maturity, and with distributions of 7.25% per annum paid quarterly in cash or stock on 3/15, 6/15, 9/15 & 12/15 to holders of record on the date fixed by the board, not more than 60 days or less than 10 days prior to the payment date.
