And my dude, look at the filings. There are NO CONVERTIBLE NOTES. This is by far the Cleanest Shell that I have ever seen. I think their intentions are pretty clear. We'll see what happens. Neftlink......

Since my last post I have added more shares to my position in the .06-.065 range. Currently averaged in at .077 per share. One thing I have noticed recently is that both Rami Bakir and Khalil Ouar are following Neftlink on LinkedIn. Both men and several relatives of Rami Bakir also liked a LinkedIn post on the Neftlink profile.

All of that could be meaningless. Or it might suggest that Neftlink could have a connection to Messaben, since there is a section on the Messaben website that apparently involves "investments".

CEHD(.082)...finished accumulating position.......

I picked up a 21K block of shares at 10 cents yesterday. Increased my cost basis to a little under 8.2 cents per share.

Added around 107K shares in the 8-8.25 cent range this week to finish accumulating a position in the CEHD shell. Cost basis is now .0819 per share. Next quarterly report is due in about 2 weeks or so. I wanted to have my full position built ahead of that report, any additional updates to the OTC Markets profile, or any press release.

Rami Bakir might be an interesting CEO. It looks like he is fluent in both languages from videos I have seen of him. He seemed comfortable in attending conferences, giving presentations, and doing media interviews while he was working for NOV Inc (NYSE: NOV). Bakir posted on his YouTube channel last week a CNBC interview he did. Not sure if this interview was from 4/5 years ago or if it was something more recent than that. I could not get a image translator to work on any of the screenshots I took from the interview. But I find the timing of Bakir posting this out of the wild blue just a few weeks after apparently taking control of CEHD to be somewhat interesting......

CEHD(.088)...accumulated a position......

Over the last couple of months I have accumulated a position in the CEHD shell. Bought shares in the .06-.095 range, with a current cost basis under 7.7 cents. I have been somewhat surprised that shares have continued to be available under the 10-cent level, after what appears to be change in control of the shell. Overall, the risk/reward looks pretty interesting to me at this level/valuation. Legacy shares are about 16.8M (more than 6% of the current total of 266.8M outstanding). Structurally this Barbara Bauman shell looks reasonably good, and the valuation of the legacy share position at my cost basis is less than $1.3M, so I think there is decent upside potential.

With the recent change in officer/directors, it appears to me that Barbara has likely sold control of the shell. Both Rami Bakir and Khalil Ouar are associated with MessaBen (a water treatment/reuse company). I'm not sure if the plan is to bring MessaBen public, or if they have other directions they want to take the shell.

Hope you are right.But that is old news.CEHD has not been mentioned anywhere since then.That roadshow was a year ago.They began mentioning SPAC and now IPO.Don’t think there is such a thing as a RM type of IPO.It is either RM or IPO.

CEHD has not been in the picture for more than a year.Unfortunately they will probably skip CEHD and list directly.
It is only mentioned under Liu Hailong’s credentials which at least gives us some hope.
