I need to give MCRT a call to see what's going on.... but it's not a top priority these days.
Best regards,

Hi Tree:
Any thoughts on MCRT? TIA
Annie
BTW PYST is looking good!!
[1]The "good" could be the divys, If you look at their financials you'll see the Opportunity Productions seems to have been the only money maker.
[2] RockWindow,, still has a shot at being picked up by XM or Siri,, that would be excellent.
[3] The other two i'm not to sure about as of yet.
The bad! 1 for 500 r/s will probably drop down once they start aquiring Micro Art as a REGDEX unless of course they apply for OTC status then it would be an S-8 but that wasn't mentioned.
In conclution, this could take quite awhile to straiten out completly.

trading symbol"???"
On the other hand the divys could be good,, or bird cage lining, not sure.
I guess theres know way of knowing what their burn rate is until they file financials.
This will teach me to pay attention!
yes, hopefully it's a profitable co and we or I can recoup without to much dilution.
yah, a little nervous... lovin' all the rest though...
at 0.001 x 500 we're at 50 cents....
Tree
It's this part that has me more than a little nervous!
Media International also announced that it has acquired, for all common stock, MicroArt, Inc., after a one-for-five hundred split in Media International common stock.
hmm, did this come out at 6pm est?
If it did know wonder I didn't see it!
oh my,,, I wasn't even watching MEIC yesterday!!
But, now that i've read the p/r the only thing I don't like is the r/s 1 for 500 hmmmmmmmm
could be good but could be bad as they seem to want to buy the other other company after the name change and r/s! so does this mean more dilution after?
I'll really have to read it again and again etc etc.
I'll get back to ya!

Media International Concepts, Inc. Announces Distribution Agreement With Black Education Network Affiliates
2005-05-10 08:30 ET - News Release
LOS ANGELES, May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Media International Concepts, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: MEIC) announced today delivery of the first series pilot from the new Black Life Radio Network, for presentation to the satellite radio industry, including Sirius and XM Radio, as well as for other forms of media distribution.
Inside The Congressional Black Caucus ("ICBC"), will focus on issues of concern to the nation's African-American communities as expressed primarily through leaders within the Congress of the United States. There are currently 43 members of the Congressional Black Caucus representing many of the largest and most populated urban centers in the country, as well as some of the most expansive and rural congressional districts in the nation. The guest on the pilot episode of ICBC is Hon. Melvin L. Watt, U.S. Representative from North Carolina's 12th Congressional District and the new Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus.
ICBC, a one-hour show, will also highlight and sponsor special political events relevant to African-American interests. The Executive Producer and host of ICBC is Chris Owens, a political activist from Brooklyn, New York, and son of U.S. Representative Major R. Owens (D-NY). ICBC is co-produced with Coppin State University, a historically Black university in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Black Life Radio Network is an affiliate of the BEN Asset Group ("BEN") and its subsidiary, the Black Education Network, Inc. BEN is a privately held corporation engaged in the business of producing, acquiring and distributing high quality informational, educational and entertaining programs for a national audience of African-American viewers.
African-Americans watch more television and listen to more radio per person per household than any other ethnic group, regardless of age or sex. African-Americans have not been targeted nationwide as intelligent viewers of informative yet entertaining programming. BEN will fill that void in its partnership with Media International Concepts, Inc. BEN's programs, which have been recognized by the Film Advisory Board for excellence in family programming, does present the views and perspectives of African-Americans.
As previously announced, Media International Concepts, Inc., has entered into an agreement with BEN to develop two programming concepts, of which ICBC is the first. A series focusing on health issues within African-American communities is the other program under development.

MEIC, 4 revenues infomercial results coming this month and could the Howard Stern Sirius Satelite production with MEIC be very soon??? Something sure seems to be happening.....
The RUMOR. In December 04, a few months after clear channel dumped Howard Stern, he announced he was going on Satellite radio. According to RUMOR, there were plans of MEIC having a joint production deal regarding Sterns new broadcast and for it to be packaged to Sirius Satellite in the first quarter of 2005.
The first quarter is almost done, so along with alot of informercial news, I would expect some mind boggling news on the RUMORED Stern event in the next few weeks
For me at 3 cents, I think it is worth the upside.....
Value,
Howard Stern rumor?
first I ever heard of!
Sno, sure is quiet here. Where is everyone? Technically we reached a bottom. Howard Stern rumor is renewed.
sorry,, thought that you were taking it on just the product itself.
I hope it has found bottom too.

sno, of course, this I know. The marketing itself is what MEIC does and they do well and its starting to show in the share price. BUT, my only point was, in ADDITION to getting paid for marketing, MEIC also gets a nice bonus from the products marketed, especially if the product takes off. It looks good price wise and I think the bottom was found.
ValueFinder8,
whoa dude,, it has absolutely nothing to do with what so ever on what the actual "thing" MEIC takes into an infomercial,,it's the market itself "ie" marketing,,,it doesn't really matter what widget your marketing, you still get paid,,,,,although if it was a beer commercial hmmm.
Hope this makes sense,,as i'm quite sick today and I can hardly form a thought.

No comments on the infomoercial for Bak Talk? All our expensive luxery vehicles have them standard nowadays. With them advertising just the units as I do see on tv now, everyone has access to this inexpenvie useful device. I think this one infomercial contract alone will help us.

LOS ANGELES, March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Opportunity Productions ("Opportunity"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Media International Concepts, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: MEIC), announced today that it has signed an exclusive agreement with American Dealer Services ("ADS") to produce and direct a long-form infomercial for its Micro 3 Bak-Talk Vehicle Reversing Aid ("Bak-Talk"). In addition, Opportunity will provide consultation to ADS to acquire telemarketing and fulfillment services.
Featuring the patented and exclusive "Voice Distance Indicator," Bak-Talk is a discriminating collision warning/obstacle detection system that warns drivers of pedestrians or other objects behind a rearward-moving vehicle. The device fits almost any kind of vehicle, including cars, vans, trucks, sport utility vehicles, buses, RVs, and trailers.
Bak-Talk employs the same ultrasonic echolocation (sonar) technology used by the U.S. Navy, the Marine Corps, and the Army. Its rustproof, waterproof, all-weather sensors (from -50 degrees to 135 degrees Fahrenheit) recognizes obstacles from 8 feet to 12 inches behind the vehicle.
More than 1 million Bak-Talk units have already been sold in Europe and the United States.
"We're continuing our expansion in infomercial marketing with this new exclusive agreement with ADS," said Robin Seymour, president and chief executive officer of Opportunity. "Thanks to our recent acquisition by MEIC, we now have the resources to grow our customer base to work with larger clients like ADS."
Seymour noted that Opportunity expects strong sales results from the ADS program, given that most Bak-Talk units have been sold in Europe in recent years. "We're very excited to introduce this critical safety device to the millions of Americans who now drive SUVs, RVs, vans, and other large vehicles on the roads these days," he said.
Opportunity is a Los Angeles-based, full-service advertisement production company. For more than a decade, Opportunity's mission has been to "Capture the Vision" and provide its clients with low-cost, broadcast-quality short- and long-form television advertisements as well as corporate seminars and recruiting videos.

Opportunity Productions Signs Exclusive Agreement With SkyMed International to Produce Infomercial
2005-03-03 07:30 ET - News Release
LOS ANGELES, March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Opportunity Productions ("Opportunity"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Media International Concepts, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: MEIC), announced today that it has signed an exclusive agreement with SkyMed International, Inc. ("SkyMed"), to produce and direct a long-form infomercial for its emergency medical evacuation services for travelers, with a 'back end' financial participation that will last for the next 4 years. In addition, Opportunity will place all TV, radio, Internet, and other media and provide consultation to SkyMed to acquire telemarketing and fulfillment services.
Founded in 1989, SkyMed is the global leader in providing emergency medical evacuation services to travelers. With its slogan "SkyMed Takes You Home," the company transports travelers to their hometown hospitals and family doctors if they become seriously ill or injured on the road.
SkyMed carries the endorsement of the Association of Retail Travel Agents (North America's largest travel-agent-only organization), Sea Tow (the world's largest marine assistance company), and more than two dozen recreational vehicle ("RV") manufacturers and owners clubs.
"We're extremely excited to work with SkyMed to share its incredible story with America's consumers," said Robin Seymour, president and chief executive officer of Opportunity. "We've been able to expand our customer base in recent months and sign this exclusive agreement with SkyMed as a direct result of our recent acquisition by MEIC."
Currently in the post-production phase, the SkyMed infomercial will begin airing in late March 2005 with a market test that includes appearances on the Travel Channel, the Outdoor Channel, Spike TV, and network TV affiliate stations in key U.S. markets.
"After this market test, we'll start the full national rollout," Seymour said. "Because SkyMed provides a critical service for travelers that's not currently available in many parts of the country, we believe that this program will equal or surpass the 'Super Blue Stuff' infomercial that we introduced in recent years. That program grossed more than $400 million over a four-year period."

Hello and good evening board,
It has been awhile since I posted and to top it off I lost my handle "valueinvestor211" probably since I havn't posted for a year or so.
In any event, our investment group at the office here hold MEIC and we think/hope that Sirius radio may buy this company out after we produce a few more programs that are well perceived in the listening market.
Is anyone here invested for the purpose of company development or is this talk board mainly for daytraders and the like??? I am interested to hear fundamental comments. Dr

LOS ANGELES, March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Opportunity Productions ("Opportunity"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Media International Concepts, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MEIC), announced today that it will begin production in April 2005 on the previously announced pilot show for an ongoing radio program that will be syndicated to satellite radio broadcasters and to Internet radio and TV outlets.
The pilot will explore the amazing opportunities available today in home-based businesses, featuring interviews with key leaders and successful entrepreneurs in that arena. "We believe very strongly that the theme of this show -- 'There's more opportunity in America today, and the great American dream is still ALIVE!' -- will resonate with millions of listeners via satellite and online radio broadcasts," said Robin Seymour, president and chief executive officer of Opportunity.
The brand-new show will be the first pilot in an ongoing series of program launches by Opportunity targeting the multi-billion-dollar satellite and online radio industries. "Based on the new resources we have as a result of our recent acquisition by MEIC, we have several projects in the works that we will also turn into pilot radio shows to satisfy the ever-growing demand for exciting talk shows," Seymour said. The second program will include a revival of Seymour's half-hour syndicated TV show from the 1990s and a reality-type TV show for Internet TV outlets.
Seymour began his career at an early age as a child actor on "The Lone Ranger Show." Later, he became one of America's top 10 disc jockeys before launching a six-days-a-week live dance TV show in Detroit that aired for seven years and helped to grow Motown Records. From there, he managed two successful direct selling companies and consulted for countless others. His proudest achievement in direct selling was organizing the national leadership and sales training for Network 2000, a direct sales firm that brought in more than three million new residential long distance customers for Sprint in the late 1980s.
