Since Vechery took over, GH no right to do anything with the company and HV had a legal obligation to do everything from there, but he did nothing as you know except flushed the Corporation down the toilet....

There is literally not any record of him ever calling the secretary of state or reaching out to the SEC or the transfer agent to continue the trading enterprise operations....
