I also live in Cheyenne Wyoming and I know where his office is. It's a blank space used for tax sheltering purposes from what I can gather. Wyoming is very lenient on businesses being able to set up shop here in Wyoming. They have to maintain some minor standards but most of them (almost all of them) are scam companies. The most important of which to me are.primarily the announcemnt of the global networks, and secondarily the filming at the end of the month. I'll just sit back and let that unfold and start answering the questions rather than internet chatter. As well, the timely filings have consistently disputed the relationship (it is spelled out in black and white) between Mr. Blagman, MWWL, and MWWC that you and 2 others are trying to get people to believe. It is a waste of time debating with such a short time frame at hand. It isn't like this is going to drag out beyond the next few weeks.There is a major deadline for filming at the end of the month and it isn't getting postponed considering it involves an event.

Given the power structure within the House of Saud; I think you are dealing with the Council of Ministers. There are a couple of dozen of them. Given the jurisdiction I think you are dealing with the Minister of Communication and Information Technology, and/or Minister of Media, and/or the Minister of Sport (who has broad power over entertainment). I think going in any other direction is barking up the wrong tree. Although the Minister of Investment, Minister of Culture, and Minister of Finance might have some input; I do not think they would be directly involved. How do see the jurisdiction here? How could this have went in any other direction with the statement "mission accomplished" (paraphrasing from the latest tweet) coming from Mr. Blagman? Who else has the power to make the decisions we are discussing? If you are going to underlings, I can't see where you would go beside the Saudi Broadcasting Authority and that still circles right back to the Minister of Media. The power is too centralized to go in different directions and get anything accomplihed. It is far too risky for someone underneath a Minister to make a decision of this magnitude without the direct involvemnt and approval of a Minister. We should find out very, very soon.
