55:00 mark here... "maybe we turn into some kind of hold co"... The few minutes leading into that pretty good as well. How bout they roll into MASN and then make the publicly traded entity the holding co? Pls get this audit wrapped so at least this ticker might be in the running for all of their future plans. Fingers crossed...but it does seem some interesting and very real possibilities lie here.

I'm with you on that head scratching. I joined the party today for a little over 1M. May look to add a few more here and there along the way. But I like what I see with the story, the connections, the SS, the Chart...and the connection to Aether. I don't know how long it takes to do a 2yr audit but the fact they are looking to do one at all is pretty intriguing...especially with Shearman on the BOD. It appears this thing is trading at a pretty good discount to what it should be just on Maison's business. However if Aether does come in here down the road this is potential moonshot. According to some vid's I've watched etc Aether had shifted their business to B2B...Maison could be the path to get B2C back under their wing. Also I really like the fact that they are looking at manufacturing different industrial materials like graphene etc. I'd like to eventually hold a few maybe 5M lotto holding here. It starts today. Would be great to get some material updates on the audit within 1yr...although I'm thinking maybe we get something in half that time or less. Only time will tell.

I’m noticing the last few times $MASN had a filing issue or status change on OTC, leadership jumps all over it to fix the problem.

Examples:

6/26 Dark badge added, knocked down to Pink limited.
6/27 Profile Verified
6/28 Dark badge removed, back to Pink Current

7/20- Pink limited again
7/21- Company filed an amended Annual report.

Needs annual attorney letter, probably see that shortly to get current again.

As quick as they are to try and stay current makes me think something good is going on. Not sure what, but optimistic.

He is being investigated by SEC and some companies are challenging his shares. I wonder if MASN is doing the same.

A2G and Common Sense own nearly the other half of $MASN convertible /payable notes. If the SEC gets these slim balls could be good for them.

There is other folks holding MASN notes that may be getting looked at by the SEC which could further help the company.

A2G, LLC Alex Benz has family implicated as Seaside stock promoters in the SEC vs GPL Ventures court docs. Also, John Forsythe III, could lose his notes to the SEC also. All speculative, but they hold a lot of notes and are under a microscope.
