The pps keeps dropping everyday whatever we have left on this one. What you guys think should we sell before it goes to zero or there is a hope?

TD Ameritrade iAnthus shares were back online a couple of days ago and noticed MPXI online today, history started yesterday but I missed out.
Both back online as of yesterday here.

Otherwise I would stay clear of Grey Stocks that I wasn't familiar with.

Got mine as well. Confused about MPX I. How does it work ? Is MPXEF separate entity outside of US ? Does that mean that iAnthus will be competitor to MPX I in Canada for example ?

The Owen Sound, Canada Facility?????

While we're expressing our frustration, let me ask if anyone knows anything about the MPX Owen Sound facility? They had a final inspection from Health Canada on 12/31/17 and still no news about the license.

In addition, past PRs have noted that actual work had been going on there, meaning MPX was spending money to build it out,

Ameritrade told me there is no timeframe requirement that they know of to transfer shares. They say it most often takes anywhere from one week to one month.

No, it's quite frustrating. My brokerage, USAA, can't transfer me enough times to get me to anyone that knows anything. I've called MPX, emailed CDS, called some other folks that I was referred to, and nobody's admitting to knowing anything useful; they all pass the buck, round and round.

I'm afraid we cannot answer your query as CDS only interacts with its participant brokers/banks. We do not have interactions with individual beneficial holders.

At best, this can be raised by your participant broker/bank with CDS if they wish to inquire on your behalf.

Yes, frustrating.

On the other hand, these shares are now worth more than $1.00 USD! (ITHUF @ $5.90/6 = .98 + our MPXI).

Every time they open a new dispensary we get another pop.

Glad i wasn't planning on selling on the good news of the merger... this is more than aggravating though. I hope it settles soon. Based on what i'm reading on other boards, fidelity provided different answers to different callers, so apparently, no one really knows when this will get finalized.

this is the response i got from fidelity a few moments ago - no target date provided due to waiting on DTCC eligibility approval:

Fidelity Rep: I just spoke to my re-org department and originally we were anticipating it taking from 10-12 days. But, this is waiting on a DTCC eligibility approval and we do not have a solid date.

Easy tiger..Ianthus will be just fine, some peeps got shares and are ignorant investors just in the arbitration play. Ianthus is going to be a monster and is trading at less the half of its peers.
