Upon filing the Form 15, the Company's obligation to file reports required by Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act, such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, will be immediately suspended.
Sure, Mr. Moderator, you investment genius did not predict this? Or, just may be you have known this is coming long time ago..Now we close book on MLTO, and move to something else...I am sure you are not RW, but you are the part of the same "pump/dump" group...And, no BS excuses please, you said it all in your last post...
simply put, Hansen is a liar and your not fit to run this message board. My post was right on the money and you removed it for no good reason. How about we fire you.
Does anyone know? If a company is supposed to submit their annual report by the end of the month, and that falls on a Sunday, do they have an automatic extention until Monday?
Doubloon"I am not deleting opinions"
But you are doing exactly what you say you are not doing! You are forming an opinion that something is a lie and then you delete it. You continue to try to have it both ways... That won't work.
If you disagree with the information about Ron Williams then allow it to be posted so others can read it and form their own opinion. You may express your opinion as well and then we can all decide for ourselves what we want to believe... Not just the things that you think we should believe. If your name is included in the "Ron Williams post" then ask pinkrock or who ever provided it to delete the reference too your name and put it back on the board.
In your message to Matt you asked him to consider allowing removal of the message on the basis that Ron Williams is not involved in MLTO other than being a shareholder. Since that didn't work you pointed out that it should be removed because your name is included and you consider that a personal attack.
Somehow you tend to manage it so that the resultant outcome suits your point of view.
Let us have all the information so that we can make informed decisions... I'm not interested in only reading stuff that has been censored. Thank you.
I have saved a copy of this post. If any part of it offends you and you think it should be deleted then please identify the offensive part(s) and I will re-write or remove as required and re-post.

I am only deleting off topic or lies, I am not deleting opinions and I am not making any opinions of my own..
If it is on topic and not a blatent lie then it will stay, wheither I agree or not.
Message boards result in lower stock prices!( extended trends)
"Managed" message boards that is.
If moderators actually think that deleteing messages could actually increase stock prices or the number of people who care to buy they are -----.
THE WHOLE WALL STREET GAME IS TO PUMP UP SHARE PRICES.
real investors... ASK YOURSELF, IS SOMEONE WHO DELETES YOUR OPINION, ON YOUR TEAM OR THE "STREETS SIDE" OF THE GAME...
pinkrock, your slanderous blog includes my name and is therefore a personal attack. please take your games somewhere else.
Tbeck capital is a financier, he has nothing to do with the companies after they come public... but you know that already
He does have a record though, that part is true
I need add my comments to a couple of recent ones today. A moderator should not be a moderator if he is not able to refrain from put downs of those who disagree with him--"kids" "amateurs", "idiots","old man" etc.
An Ihub board is for members with various opinions on a stock. And it should make no difference whether the poster has a large position in the stock, a small one, or no position.
Recently Doubloon had a post which he stated he would let stand if Matt ruled that way. Matt initially did. Some of us read the post in detail before it was deleted. In my opinion, there were statements made that should likely have led to Matt's reversal and removal. But there were also statements made that I believe Doubloon should accountably explain. These included the fact that he and Nlightn were moderators of most of the boards that had shown Tbeck manipulation including PECB, ILKG, Matt, etc. Some investors lost a considerable amount of money in these hyped up investments.
To me, Doubloon owes some accountability and responsibility in explaing his moderating so many of these boards. This, of course, is his choice and call. But,it is important that put downs and talking down to posters should stop.
I myself personally believe it is way too soon to invest in MLTO. But I do not wish to be attacked or put down for so stating. Two different opinions. Another unkind way of putting down posters is in the blanket statement that everything stated be backed up with facts. An analysis of the available information is important, but ultimately each one of us must interpret what factual information we have, and this results in an opinion or interpretation. These differ, and that is why we have all types of investors. Waitedg
"till MLTO show real turn around"
MLTO has not shown the first signs of turnaround yet, however the next filing will be a 10-k (for those that do not know the 'k' filing is the yearly audited report for the latest quarter ending Sept. 30th)
The company has stated that "at this point" the filing is on time, however it is up to the auditors and out of the companies hands
so the next question is.. what will be in the 10-k??
1. is the bare bones approach working and that the bottom line will be more acceptable...
2. are the current customers being serviced
3. what is the impact of getting rid of old managment
4. how badly did the old management damage this company
5. is the company moving towards profitability
This business model is very important to an underserved segment of society and this is the largest company looking after this need. From a humanitarian point of view it is needed,
financially viable?.... remains to be seen, not enough information to draw a conclusion yet.
Very well put!
Funny how newspapers allow conflicting opinions to be published even though these opinons are often not those of the editorial staff, advertisers and other readers.
But not here.
Go ahead Mr. Moderator, erase this post, after you deliver viperous personal comments at other posters on this board...Would be nice, if you ask IH, or friend Marc to review your comments...
I spite of that fact that some moderators have been arrogant, narcissistic, and narrow minded, and hiding behind omnipotent power called "delete the post"....., the truth will always prevail on the end...I just hope that some innocent investors will not get fooled, and lose more money...
Agree, "till there is CLEAR evidence of turn around", do not touch with ten foot pole...Changing individuals, empty PR, or empty conference calls, are pumping, not turn around....
PS: we said no personal attacks, but that does not apply for moderators personal attacks, they can do it, they are more equal among equals...And by the way, if you do not live in US, and do not have 50 yrs "market experience" ( like, averaging down on penny stock on life-support ), you are labelled as bozo...Make me wonder why US economy is in trouble, may be because of those market "experts"...
Interesting question: who was, and why, selling all those shares at 15-25 cents range?..... MM manipulating price? Sure, always did. Did it at 7-9 dollars range, and now, as well...
Good luck with "down averaging", and "can not go lower than 50-70 cents...". I would not consider buying at ANY price, till MLTO show real turn around, and I hope you all know what is the meaning of "turn around"......
Makes it very difficult to buy and sell the stock when the bid is.30 and the ask is .50 . A person almost has to buy when others are selling--or sell into good news and buying. Hopefully longer term this one market maker system will change.
I don't think buying in anywhere under 75 cents would hurt at this point. I do not see this company going under therefore 50 to 75 cents looks safe to me till we see what's in the cards.
just brought my average down...very risky play ... sure not something I would advise but what the heck.... had a bid wack at .25 and they would not take it so I hit the ask and it went through..
.... since the company is not making announcements the only feel for the company is by talking to current management... make the call!!

.15 cents wow has this been a wild ride I am still holding believe it or not I have not given up but all that is left is to hope my worst investment and only loss is with MLTO,take the good with the bad.Come on Charlie pull us thru this mess.
Moldme - Thanks for your comment. My investment interests are stocks that have a potential for long term holding. When management integrity, and shareholder status are clearly defined, MLTO could be one very interesting long term hold. We, who are currently on this board, may have an opportunity to help each other.
If cost containments can come into play, and the heavy uncollected cost receivables reduced so that profitabillty can be achieved, the long term potential here could be tremendous. The very heavy loss of uncollectable account receivables with the Latino population was not likely forseen in the original managmement model.
This will remain a major problem. For, as I understand it, Medicare insists that a client be served, and the provider has to accept just the 80% it gets from them whether or not the other 20% is obtained.
So prospective customer I will consider becoming. Actually practicing up for the role, "Muchas gustas in conocerle, a usted". (Very pleased to meet you). "Usted es(?) muy bonita". Use this at McDonald's. -"You are very pretty". Tell this to all the servers and get better service. Also "Cafe decafinado" - decaf coffee. And finally and most important, "No habla Espanol" - do not speak Spanish.
Waitedg
Waitedg, It would be great to have a customer posting on this board.
Those of us who are the "Shepard Group" of this company are here because we are believers in the corporate concept. It was hoped that the management was going to be able to implement the plan. Obviously it was not. Now with the leadership change I believe it can be done because the brain in the background that developed the workings for the plan is now in the front leading the charge. If it doesn't fly this time, in my humble opinion it won't fly. It will take time to plug the holes and I'm sure there will be people who will be impatient and want it done tomorrow. For them I feel sorry as it won't happen. There will have to be more personel changes and these people will need to each make changes. This all takes time. I would not be surprised if the company files an extention for the 10K and the 10Q that would be due out by Nov 15th for the quarter ending Sept. 30th. I would expect to see filings or some sort of release shortly. We all just need to let Charlie steer the ship for the next 30 days and see where he takes it.
Arbo - Thanks for your comment. I can appreciate the difficulty and pain of the several large shareholders. With the stock at its present price, there is not too much more present loss to you, if we are indeed in a turnaround situation. One advantage the large longer term shareholder has is the experience with the company. So if we do turn, you will know it and can take advantage of it much better than new investors.
My approach at investing is to try to learn from the investors who have more experience than I do. Then to take my own experience, and at the proper time do my own personal DD. When I come closer to making an investment decision, will be calling and talking also. Likely will not be done until after the firstQ 10Q comes out. Moldme stated this to be around 11/15 if on time. I think after this I will have move intelligent questions to present to Mr. Hansen or others. Waitedg
EXCELLENT POST-- I could not have said it any better. You are right on. My difference is that I cannot wait it out as I am already a large shareholder. I do suggest that you spend more time in conversation directly with management then relying on anything you read here. When people are behind an alias they tend to feel they are protected and say anything. Do your own personal DD and if you are going to invest a sum of money that if totally lost would upset you I suggest buying a round trip ticket to Florida and walking on location to see for yourself first.
I know Charlie would be glad to meet with you and have you tour the place.
Moldme - Your comment that I'm "driving with the rear view mirror" certainly appears to be true. The Japanese, however, in building a car, tried to get the input of the workers, use their ideas and contributions in the process. Took longer than the assembly line process of American car makers, to "get off the ground" this way, but a quality product with fewer imperfections results and worker satisfaction is much higher when each individuals contribution is valued and used.
I figure it might help me to learn what is useful from the main contributors to this board, learn where they are coming from, etc. Think it will pay off. Will start looking out the front windshield now more but with reference to "my rear view experience"!
If we reach the state where this really looks like a turnaround situation, and there is consensus that we have or are in the process of having a legitimate management, with integrity, I think one contribution I might make is to switch my diabetic supply ordering to MLTO to observe how they handle things. In a turnaround situation I like nothing better than getting in on the ground floor when the price is still low, and the potential has not yet been discovered by the overall market. Waitedg
Waitedg, your driving with the rear view mirror. We should begin to see if there is a turn around at the end of the month when the 10-K is filed. Then an even better view when the first quarter 10-Q is filed on November 15th (assuming they are on time).
It's hard to say how much impact there will be in the 4th quarter from the layoffs, and new software. The huge unknown is, what will the legal bills be. The first quarter should be more telling.
I don't remember the exact number of shares that tallyman said he had, but by the filings, there are very few who have a large number. It looks like to me that tallyman may be an old director of the company, and may have a few sour grapes.

This post is being placed after extensive study. Have gone back starting with post 248 Of June 26, 2006 and reviewed a large percentage of the 684 posts since then going back over the past 15 months. This took me many hours. So I have "gotten to know" most of you on paper.
Based on this will make a few preliminary observations.
1. What is most interesting is that the same posters existing then are still here now, whether long on the stock or not. Few have left and new faces have not joined this board.
2. Those negative on the board have been far more accurate than those long. This is obvious, I guess, with the stock now in the .25 range.
3. My personal opinion: There have been quite a bit of unkind words and put downs. My belief: anyone has the right to be here whether with a large position or a small or no position. It takes all kinds of investors. Some, like myself at this point, are here principally to look for a possible turnaround situation, and to catch it at its beginning, if it is to occur.
4. The commentary that everything needs to be substantiated with facts is not really totally true. Interpretation of facts is very important also. This is subjective. For example, if I were to call Mr. Hansen on the phone, I could as factually as I could report on the content of the conversation. But, equally important, what is my "feel" for the man, how does what he say stack up against other information I might come across.
Qualities of character are at best a combination of objective and subjective interpretations.
A few other commentaries. I got out of MLTO in the $5.25 range. Even so, I had a loss, a fairly small one. I listened at first to some poor advice, that the stock was headed to $30, etc, and bought some at around 7.75. Also bought some around $4 to $4.50 and exited this also mostly at about $5.25
Two major concerns for me:
1. Is Hansen legitimate? There are many posts that would question this with reason. These include his past association with those being removed. The difficulty in doing DD on his past employment history, etc. We have the recent post by Tillyman. At this point I discount it. I sent him a private message and received no reply. This does not mean totally that his removed post was not legitimate, but it certainly casts major doubt on it. Would think he would respond to a few questions. Have not contacted Hansen myself yet, and plan to hold off in this for now.
2. Is the model that MLTO workable with the large percentage of
write offs for non collectable secondary insurance? Can cost containment, new cost cutting computerized efficiencies set up
be sufficient to in time get this into a profitable status? Don't know, but the concept of treating Latino diabetics is certainly a booming market potential.
This is enough for one post. I hope all members here can respect each other. No one would be here if not some hope for an investment opportunity with MLTO. Waitedg
"Second, someone is lying big time, either Tillyman, or Hansen....How it comes:.." He ( Hansen ) claims that he never talked to you and that most of the information was made up and some information is not for public dissemination..."? For me, this is a proof they had conversation, and "some info" is true information, but "not for public dissemination..." Gee, what would be conclusion of this comment!?"
When it comes to believing one or the other, I wouldn't trust anyone that says they will give their proxy to Raymond.

First of all, insider info threat is Mikey Mouse....Every day stocks are going up, or down on insider info, and SEC can not do anything. News leak is standard, more than exception....
Second, someone is lying big time, either Tillyman, or Hansen....How it comes:.." He ( Hansen ) claims that he never talked to you and that most of the information was made up and some information is not for public dissemination..."? For me, this is a proof they had conversation, and "some info" is true information, but "not for public dissemination..." Gee, what would be conclusion of this comment!?
So, MLTO has been either manipulated big time ( SEC should know this one, but they do not care about little penny stock... ), or MLTO is under unjustified attack...Sooner, or later the truth will come out. Certainly the price action is telling something...I know, the value of the company, and price of the stock do not necessarily match....
Third, Z, you have been bad boy....How did you dare to file that post? Now, I will withdraw my offer of buying the company with you.....
Bottom line. Things could be ugly. But, folks hold on, public will be informed all in due time.....
zcooler..I was actually going to leave it until the company informed me it was a pack of lies, I might suggest you contact the company to confirm that
To late...
That was some great information, and I printed it out. I was shocked that you hadn't removed it before I saw it.
Off Topic: this is a little off topic but something that everyone should be aware of...
The SEC does monitor Investors Hub, and relaying insider information is one of the things they look for. I am not saying they have Matt's cell phone on their speed dialer but it is close to that. Matt does require a subpoena in order to hand over an I.P. address with name and address ...from there the SEC has your financial information.
If you are divulging insider information (not known to the general public or not yet put out in an 8-k) then the SEC does two things
1. They freeze all your bank accounts and stock funds.
2. They send you a letter saying, now that we have your attention we need to talk.
It should be the biggest fear of every investor not to buy or sell shares on information that is not general knowledge; even if you read it on a message board you are still guilty.
