LUXR is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

I'm hoping they will be able to retrieve money for us shareholders. I purchased that garbage (LUXR) over $2.00 each and now it's less than a penny. SCAMMERS have to return our money back. I don't buy the nonsense about buyer beware... there was nothing behind this company but hype. I have filed complaints every where till I get someone who listens.

luxeyard pump and dump by amir.
The problem is that Luxyard was set up as a stock scam by amir from the very beginning. as the Chairman he has stopped the sec filings and if you do work for the company and then ask to be paid he will cry foul and sue you. the real profession of luxeyard is to scam the vendors and lie about the real reason for luxeyard. haveing no real business and blowing through 8.9 million of stock holders money and doing almost no business.

taking a $1,5 million dollar settlement instead of [aying the vendors it is transfered to Texas never to be seen again.

The stock has nothing behind it and with no assets only a paper company using other peoples assets to get investors. All officers have seen the light and quit or was fired for trying to set things on the right path.

You are right on target when you say
"may just become a stock selling company."

I lost over $18,000 with this LUXR.

Made the mistake of trusting them, and
then they betrayed their shareholders.

No communication whatsoever.

They just keep selling the dream and
their stock.

P.S. Have recouped most of my losses
with some good stocks in the MJ sector.

Great management and good concepts.

The problem is that the model does not WORK.

There is not enough revenues to even pay for
someone to answer their phone calls.

Their whole system is rotten to the core.

They will have to reinvent themselves to function.

And if people know who the principles are, they
will not want to entrust them with their hard
earned dollars.
