Well alot of hype on this stock with Carmen Electra we had hopes of a solid stock. After the reverse stock it would cost me more to sell this dog then what I have left from my original investment. Can we ever recover on this one? probably not but holding is the only option at this point.

You've said that now for 2 months. I have recently tripled my share load by buying/selling.

I dont think with an outstanding share count of 250k (if that is the real number) that Shorts aren't going to be able to effect this stock so much. Also, the main website is picking up on business.. they have at least doubled-tripled the people that have signed up from the search that I did.

The auction is a little sissy and really dont care about the Poland site. Personally, I think this I'll hold this stock for a few years.

Hey exlr8me. I had to LOL at what Luvoo is doing with the auctions. I don't see how it could hurt them though. My average is .08 which would now be 8 dollars since the forward split. What I do like is that they are at least trying to come up with other venues to make money. This is just my opinion, but I don't think the dating website will generate enough revenue to raise the pps by much. One thing that could happen is that they get bought out - just a speculative guess from me. I haven't quite given up yet - keeping in mind that they obviously want to generate a profit. I haven't posted much lately, since I'm just watching for something big to happen. If you want to leave me a message, you can just respond to my old posts and it will say that I have a message in my box.

It seemed like you had some thoughts about today. What do you think about luvooauctions.com?

My stock is now worth 98$. lol. Ive gone from 3500 to 98 which makes my break even point at 17.50. I have nothing else to lose, so I'll be staying in and will most likely buy 3 or 4 times my stock value when it gets back down to pennies and use this as my gamble stock.

It'll be nice when they're on the amex. They will have to do proper reporting and approvals. Hopefully sharedholders make a few drastic changes once they are there. Did Lourdes mention anything else? The VoiP system looks pretty good, but I am wondering as to which direction they are heading. They mention it is an online dating service but keep mentioning an online auctin as well. Did they not learn from there previous experiences. Heck I would thing George and Lourdes would change their tunes after the last fiasco.

If they focus on the the on product have, they could have a good chance of making something of it. Otherwise, you start pulling the company and services it offers to many ways at the initial start-up, well....... You can guess what happens.

A 504 offering is the worst kind of money raise because the company gets less than half of the money raised. The rest goes to the "P&D" PA Corp. who does the 504. There will be at least 20Mil NEW shares issued AFTER the split. Same TROUBLE, different scoundrels.

Also, the investors who first showed me this "deal" will own nearly half of the current shares & are bound to sell the staock straight DOWN post split.

If that is true then that is an offering of .003 cents per share as of todays date, which hasn't quite happened yet.

I am kind of on the fence as to what the price will be on opening Monday. Only way to find out is wait until Monday. If price continues to stay in this range we are looking @ $0.40 - $0.60 per consolidated share.

Being I live in Canada I am not that familiar with 504 stock offering but from what I have gathered it is basically Venture capital raising. Not sure if businesses in the States operate in the same way but this is how startup companies get there funding in Canada. Not many Millionaires start up little companies. I am quite familiar with venture raising. It is not necessarily a bad thing. It is one way to get the money you need without borrowing it and having to pay back with high interest.

One thing to rememebr is that there is only going to be 1.2 million shares. Right now there is about 6500 member from what I can gather. If they can have half of that number start paying for service then they can start generating approx $15k per month. Enough to get them through the next year. As number of member grow so shall the income. I am thinking if they have abount 50k-60k members paying for service this will be the point at which the company really starts to peak investment interest as this would start generating around $1 million per quarter.

As for the last comment regarding a $2 million tax loss, why are you trading pink sheets?????? Bigger exchanges offer more stable gains. And for that kind of money it is not hard to make constant money.

My guess is it splits on Monday and opens @ 25-30 cents, then falls to under a penny again within a month.

Spent some time on the phone with Yvonne. IMO, she knows nothing about running a public co.
She actually runs a DOG grooming biz, which fronts Luvoo.com. IMHO, no way to groom this MUTT.

Also, she is doing a 504 stock pffering , post split, which WILL heavily dilute and DROP the share price lickety SPLIT.

We're SELLing our 6MIL shares for a $2MIL tax loss.
