LMGDF: effective June 26,2025: Pursuant to the Plan of Arrangement, each Lumina shareholder will receive $1.27 per one (1) Lumina share in cash.

FINRA will delete the symbol.

$LMGDF: Most impressive run...... now $0.87

These are one of those that no one follows but it comes outta nowhere.

Nice run since New Years all thanks to the move in Gold Spot price to nearing USD$3400/oz
