$0.05 per unit, 1 unit includes 1 common share + 1 warrant (strike price at $11.5). Total 100 million units were issued. That is Why they’re dumping largely at any level. $0.05 shares sold at $2.5, good enough? !

Warrants LGHLW are worthless, or worth of - $9 ( $2.5 - $11.5 = - $9 ).

Shares bought under paacw are still held up in Etrade - wish I could sell them. Spoke to them today and they don't know when they will receive new shares from TA - can take a few days to a a few weeks - they have no clue when.

Etrade showing these shares under a cusip number in my account. When this happens it usually changes in a day or two.

Yes, it’s working for me now. Try to remove it from your platform and add it again. This worked for me on IB.
