Yeah this one is an enigma for sure, I don't know what to make of it, just never gets any volume or interest at all whatsoever. There are Chinese scam stocks that went dark 10 years ago that get more interest and action then this one....lol.

I mean I could definitely see BK as a real possibility here eventually, still, they are a real company, doing big time revenues, with a sweet ss and very minimal dilution ever, so one would think it would be more popular but alas it is not.

The company could care less too, I don't even know why they bother spending the money on SEC filings, they could obviously give a chit less about the share price or shareholders.

If this gets down to .01 or .02 then I may grab some for the long haul, hell it might actually trade better in bankruptcy if it comes to that point, can't be much worse.

If you do any DD you'll see the company has a lot of haters out there, typical of most MLM companies. A lot of folks despise MLM or think it's a scam and in most cases it probably is but that is only a part of their Wireless division.

That doesn't look like a company that is in danger of going bankrupt or one that trades for .06, imho. We've all seen some of these OTCs with headquarters next to body shops and tattoo parlors in a strip mall that trade well over .50 (for a time anyway).

Something tells me that something is horribly wrong here though...there has to be a reason why this pos is trading so low. I keep waiting for it to have a "Q" at the end of the symbol one day, LOL. Is that a recent picture? Nice-looking digs!

Maybe this is one penny that I'll actually do some DD on. Never bothered to do much DD on any penny, ever, just usually a momo trader. I'm not about to put any money into this illiquid pos yet, but I'd love to find out what the problem here really is.

Haven't checked this board since last year, since there weren't any other posters. Actually, I may have created this board...don't actually remember, LOL.

This stock fascinates me in the same way you are talking about it. With the revenues as big as they are, you would think the PPS would be a lot higher, but it looks like they are still incurring losses. I've had it on my watchlist forever. I'm just waiting for some volume to come in here. If I had some money I didn't mind parking somewhere for awhile, I might consider investing a small amount here, but I only trade stocks with volume usually. But I still monitor it about every day. Maybe one day something will happen!

Financial highlights for the Third Quarter of 2012 include:

Wireless services revenue grew by approximately $293,000 (or 27%) in the third quarter of 2012 compared with the third quarter of 2011, while local services revenue decreased by approximately $208,000 (or 11%) for the same period
Operating expenses declined by approximately $667,000 (or 10%) in the third quarter of 2012 compared with the year-ago third quarter
Cash generated from operations increased to approximately $331,000 for the third quarter of 2012 compared with approximately $177,000 for the second quarter of 2012
Non-GAAP EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, Amortization and Non-Cash Stock-Based Compensation) decreased to approximately ($111,000) in the third quarter of 2012 compared with approximately $418,000 in the second quarter of 2012

“We continue to manage through these challenging economic times and the continued decrease in residential local phone service throughout the industry,” said Stephen M. Lochmueller, Lightyear’s Chief Executive Officer. “However, as business conditions continue to be challenging, especially in Appalachia, we must find ways to be more cost-efficient. This is the guy supposedly handing IR duties for the company now, FWIW I have had no luck in getting a return call or message from him. No doubt the company is probably inundated with messages from disgruntled shareholders because of the rapidly declining share price over this past 2 years.

However, with that said. @.06 I really don't see this falling much lower with only 22M o/s. Of course the declining pps looks worse then it really is IMO as it's declined on such minimal volume. Then again makes you wonder why the company themselves or their Wireless MLM representatives are not buying at this price. Another profitable quarter or any awareness and this could turn around in a hurry.

Going to try and attempt to contact whoever is handling Lightyear's IR in the coming days to see if anything is being done from an awareness standpoint to increase shareholder value.

Awareness is really all this one needs IMO, while not profitable it still has 100X more going for it then most of the garbage trading down here at this level.

Back when this company was using PLR for their IR services they were trading over a $1, now I believe they may be handling it internally and it isn't working.

Looks like it was brought down from $1 on only a little over 1M shares total volume, granted the chart looks ugly but this would be an easy 5 - 10 bags with any awareness at all, even just iHub awareness.

I might grab a few here for the future, with $70M in revs and only 22M o/s this has to be close to the bottom IMO, really can't see it going much lower then .06.

Just looking at the historical records this was walked down from several dollars pps in 2011 on very low volume. Only a little over 1M shares was added to the o/s so there was not much dilution at all in that time either. Not sure what the float is here but I will contact the TA and try to find out.

With 22M o/s it wouldn't take much to get this back over $1 at all.

This is a solid, 100% real, DD play currently at it's 52 week low that has never been pumped on iHub ever.

Overall I like it but will require more research.

This is an interesting looking one, going to do some in depth DD when I get a chance. Might not be a promo type play here but I could still definitely see this as one value investors would like if they knew about it, especially at a 52 week low.
