On February 11, 2021, Lightscape Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) filed an application with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, (“FINRA”) for a corporate action pursuant to FINRA rule 6490 and SEA Rule 10b-17 for a 100:1 reverse stock split, so that one share of Common Stock after the change will be issued in exchange for every One Hundred shares of Common Stock held by each record holder. The Company intends to make additional disclosures when the corporate action is approved.

Chiang's $CNHC ran to .095 on 30 mil float and 180 mil OS sits around .025-.034 now. $LTSC has a 33 mil float and 131 mil OS hit a high of .0158 on Friday and is sitting at .0079 now. Could easily be sitting in the .02-.04 range while its waiting for a reverse merger. The power of the low float.

Correction, he wasn't newly added, but Richard Chiang is an Advisor and his name, phone number and address are all on the Nevada SOS and OTC Markets is some fashion. So he is involved. And the OS is only 131 million shares, AND FOR A FACT SINCE I CALLED THE TRANSFER AGENT ON FRIDAY AND SO DID SOMEONE ELSE, THE FLOAT IS 33 MILLION SHARES,

There is no court doc. Last year a new ceo took over, has ties to venture capital, chaing just showed up as an advisor today.
