I started Lighthouse with a dream. A dream that was ignited by passion and enlightened by perseverance.

I want to build a global community that promotes growth, prosperity and well being at every level of humanity. 

What is purpose of Lighthouse?

We want an integrated collaboration of different entities that  will pioneer various breakthrough and will incubate new efforts. I want to work with new industry leaders, find and mentor potential CEO, who will be the pillars of every company we will be involved in. I want to allocate funds to businesses that will improve quality in the lives of our product users, partners and our shareholders.

According to a recent report of Market Research Media Adoption of Blockchain Technology By US Government the blockchain technology market will triple from US$4.5 Billion in 2018 to $14 Billion in 2022, growing at CAGR of about 33%.

The U.S. housing market was largely influenced by the economic crisis in 2008. In fact, the housing bubble itself contributed to the development of the financial crisis. The U.S. house prices, as reflected by the S&P/Case Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index grew rapidly from 2000 to 2006, when they reached their peak, and then started to fall down in the following years. The house price growth trend began in 2012 again and in 2016 the house price index exceeded its value from 2006.

NEVADA, July 17, 2018 -- LIGHTHOUSE GLOBAL HOLDINGS, INC. (OTC: LHGI), a diversified holdings company in the real estate development, property industry and disruptive technology for more efficient and effective performance leveraging on innovative solutions, announced today that the Company has approved the acquisition of PROJAGG Platform, a sharing economy coupled with blockchain technology for $5.85 million to target the huge $9.2 trillion development market by 2025. It will be acquired with $900,000 in cash and $4.95 million in restricted shares.





Danny started in the real estate industry since 1995, providing crucial database and research tools to Developers, Banks, Government ministries and offices, Real Estate Agencies and Agents. He is CEHA qualified and had underwent an Integrated Land Planning Use by URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority, Singapore). He had trained thousands of Agents, assisted and advised them in countless deals, ranging from residential to commercial properties and hotels. Being a Serial Entrepreneur, he was probably the first Singaporean to venture into US distressed properties in 2009. In just 6 months, he had acquired 53 properties and achieved 52% returns. Subsequently, he raised another US$8M in 2 months to acquire another 521 properties. And another $3M to acquire and manage 192 apartment units.

As opportunities unfold, he joined REDAS (Real EstateDevelopers Association of Singapore) as a member, and ventured into Project Development. He wants to bridge his expertise in Real Estate with the arising block chain technology.


Eduardo V. Apari is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Holding the position of President & CEO of Golden Mark International, Inc. from its inception in 1977 up to the present, Mr. Eduardo V. Apari holds the distinction of having guided and made the company of what it is today. He is also the President and CEO of Southwestern Exports Corporation, a Philippine Corporation, from 1974 up to present. This company specializes in the manufacturing of locally-made Philippine products, exporting the same to Europe, New Zealand, Japan and the United States. With an Economics degree from Ateneo, he started his career as a Credit Manager in one of the biggest Finance Corporations in the Philippines and after holding top position levels, decided to put up his own companies, nurturing these companies into what they are today.


Jorge Reyes is Director, Corporate Communications of the Company. Jorge is responsible for guiding and managing the company in its internal and external investor relations and communications activities. He is an expert in the Asian market. Jorge’s biggest skill is his expertise in implementing strategic and substantial investor relations and media relations programs to uplift the company’s profile in the marketplace and investment communities in Asia. In the past 10 years, he has spearheaded different publicly traded companies and asset management companies, where he would develop their marketing and investor relations programs.
