The challenge is their website is down and non of their contact numbers are working; infact their telephone numbers are no longer in service? So seriusly do not know what the hake is going on with them? No news, updates, nothing at all. Looks like vanished in thin air...

IF the company gets current in their filings, no penalty to the company.(except repeat offenders do get punished)

Some companies fall on hard times and simply can't pay the huge amount of money required to stay with the .ob. They slip on down to the pinksheets to save money, and get going again.

EDIT:

No phones in service and the web site being suspended is certainly a more ominous sign than an E however.

I am quite new in this game and based on some recommendations and a bit of research, I bought LMLG 50K shares. Not very active and looking for long term returns found out recently there is a name change and the stock is no longer actively trading?

Can one of the gurus please explain what is the future? Have I lost everthing or recommendations of recoverying if any???
