So, individual investor took a lost and Big Guy is taking a big gain. This is the way of Wall Street thief is doing business in stock market now. Where is the law to protect investor? none

You know LCC and what was left of WFI was purchased by a couple private investors. Heard they are keeping it under the radar because of some problem share holders at LCC. Would explain a lot if true. Wonder how this would play out with regulators?

Well I've got to say I was blind sided by the RS. I took LCCI off radar hoping they would become reporting again, and shares would resume normal trading activity.
Looks like this co is riddled with fraud and alllowing it to trade only confirms this, That 2.4mil share sale in Dec was an insider selling, knowing what was coming.

Called TDA, they gave me the same info I already knew about a reorganization but couldn't offer any explanation on the valuation (which was a robbery in my opinion), and could not explain how 170K shares still traded today.

I called the general counsel Brian Dunn (703-873-2747), didn't get him and left a voicemail. Also called CEO Ken Young and left a voicemail (703-873-2075).

Was pretty angry when they cashed out my shares, but now fuming that this is still trading and starting to go up. . . .

No clue, there shouldn't be any tradable shares left if they did a 10 million for one reverse split, that would leave 3 shares left in the company.

I don't understand how and why this is still trading if they stole all of mine and everyone else's shares.

Not when the Board of Directors own more than 50% of shares.

My guess is they did this to screw the backers that guaranteed the Bank of America loan a year and a half ago. They screwed them from their convertables which would have given them control of company. Shareholder just plain got screwed. Just a theory.

They also could have done it to raise money selling new shares like most stinky pinkies do. Taking O/S to 27 shares should be illegal because no matter what their logic was they screwed investors.

Doesn't make any sense there have been shares traded since 1/20 - if there's a 10 million to 1 share split that means that there will only be 2.7 shares in the company, there are only 27 million outstanding shares. TD also took away my shares and gave me $, pretty messed up ???

LCCI did a 10 million to 1 reverse split on 1/20/2010 I didn't have 10 million shares so they gave me .81 cents for 15,000 shares check your account if you invested in LCCI and you no longer have your shares contact your broker and they will tell you how much you got for them.
