Pride is just a word. Pre merger I'm holding 30k shares w/cost basis under 3. I bought early like HW and reduced pps buying dips, Sold half post merger for 2.27. Only hope is Tilray. They've added 2 or 3 to GNLN board and the shorts are jumping ship. They didn't put their ace cats in GNLN biz accidently. I'll be go to hell b4 I buy another share. If it falls to a nickle,I'll holler ain't that cheap.
Looks like TLRY bottomed out and is shucking the shorts. Contrary to governance target being lowered by several pps is rebounding
A year later and a lot has transpired.....all bad. The departing CEO sold every share he had. 44 cents for the last 33k shares. I bought the dips in Kshb for years and finally got my basis below 3.00. Early buys at 8.00/6.00 cost averaging. Sold half at 2.27 post merger. Wish I had sold it all. As HoboW points out why did u buy it to begin with
I have given up on stocks unless related to crypto........
Help me with HXXE pls
Selling when down means there is a 100% chance you lose your money. Wanting to sell before the merger goes through didn't make any sense. Like, why did you buy it in the first place? If you bought it for post-merger upside, that chance for upside still exists unless you sell.
If you believed in it, why not continue to buy when it was down?
KSHB: Kushco (KSHB) shareholders will receive 0.3016 shares of Greenlane (GNLN) for every one share of KushCo (KSHB) held.

An additional cost synergy of this merger is that lawsuits will only need to be vigorously defended one front instead of two.
Another red day for TrashCo. Who would have ever guessed? People really do hate this company.
Guess you can't bottle sentiment. CrashCo and Redlane can only blame themselves here for repeatedly screwing over all you shareholders.
I got out at $0.75 taking a 85% loss. At least I salvaged something. This thing is only going lower and lower.
There is no strategy here to save and restore the value in the company.
They are only interested in squeezing out every last diluted penny possible for themselves before trip/no bid
Cheers to the guy demanding a trial by jury.
Everything is proceeding exactly as planned, thankfully without any funding from me.
Some Rube is standing by the dilution faucet waiting for the command to open the dilution floodgates.
It is shocking that the management team is still intact after this mess.
I am confident the TrashCo approach will result in a delisting of the Redlane ticker and the inevitable return of these jibronis back to the OTC. There is simply nothing positive going on on either side of this merger. Was a merger for survival, now that is in doubt as well.
Hope they get bounced back to the OTC, where they belong.
This was once a ticker with incredible potential, too bad the "execs" got a taste of the good life with their first try at dilution years ago. Since then it's been one after the other. Dilute, spend, party, dilute, spend, party.
It got so good the scam-bagging scumbags from Terra Tech could smell the money burn and came over to see how much they could steal.
The A**h***s here didn't even see the pickpockets coming. They suck, all of them.
To think that TrashCo was over $2 a share before they announced the merger with NeverGreenlane. What a disaster these two garbage peddlers have created for themselves.
The dilution party has started. Too funny that the newly formed RedLane $30million club lost a significant amount of their investment before the ink on the PR was even dry. CrashCo's $40million club is nearing a 66% loss on theirs.
Just to give you a heads-up
I've had with this POS.
Can't take anymore. No more.
Down over 88% almost $8k You can't win them all
I got about $1k left that I can put to better use somewhere else.
Like the Old Philosopher Dirty Harry Callahan says, "A man's got to know his limitations."
Should have listened to Harry years ago.
GLTY Slayer.
Institutional investors can buy NeverGreenlane now and they aren't. The $40million club lost half their investment in CrashCo within a few months. Anyone who says institutional investors are waiting in the wings to buy this one is lying to you.
Looks like TrashCo and NeverGreenlane are gearing up for massive dilution. And I mean massive. Read the filings folks.
I could literally post this everyday and it will always be true...
These guys will be back on the OTC in no time.
Nice to see Redlane admitting what was in plain view this entire time. Shopping around one number only to retract it a few weeks before the merger is great for shareholder confidence.
That's true, but there are so many other points of view to take.
For instance with this POS.
You may not lose money until you sell but you can see the potential and the amount you would lose daily.
So when I look at my portfolio under KSHB and see I am currently down 86% on my original investment, there is no need to worry. Just don't sell and ride it down to what? When do you cut your losses and salvage what you can?
This POS isn't going anywhere. Once they tasted the sweet personal gains they made thru dilution, they have not stopped.
I feel your pain brother I've been holding this for a long time as well, The numbers don't look good on the merger side of things for share holders.
You don’t lose money until you sell
Not getting much advice are you? I wish I could help but I find myself in the same unenviable position. When this merger was first announced I thought I saw a much more generous distribution for KSHB holders. That doesn't seem to be the case. In fact it's pretty pathetic.
I've fooled around with numbers and I really don´t know. I have been in and out of this POS for more years than I care to admit.
Currently I'm in with 1,350 shares @ $6.19, does that make you feel better?
I would really like to say Good Riddance to this POS and wish them the worst of a bankruptcy.
The only thing that I can be 100% sure of, and I kid you not, whatever I choose to do, as soon as I pull the trigger the pps will respond proving within mere seconds that the choice I made was the wrong one. OH, the stories I could tell, but I'm willing to bet you've got enough of your own!!!!
Bottom line for me, my internal momentum is building towards selling before the merger it official. It appears to me that the Market could care less one way or another. One POS merging with another POS, what else ´ya got?
I would love to never have to see KSHB anywhere near my portfolio. I think I am getting closer and closer to selling before the official merger date.
I know I was of no help to 'ya. Sorry. Let me know what you decide.
May be someone can help me out here I'm in at 2.09 I hold 1000 shares should I sell before the merger.
Really gotta hand it to these guys and the merger facilitators (who are the only ones making money right now) for the speed at which they're chasing this merger thing. I mean it seems like yesterday Armstrong was leaving his footprint on the Moon and they already have the vote scheduled for the end of next month.
Moving at the lightening speed of a glacier.
This must be CrashCo's get out the vote campaign.
And poof! Just like that, your money is gone. Classic TrashCo move today. And it looks like it's rubbing off on Redlane as well. TrashCo doesn't even have the keys to the kingdom yet!

Looks like these jibronis are already gearing up for massive dilution.
SCAM. Dumped 30m shares under a year and people wonder why the share price isn’t appreciating? Only $6m in revenue after expenses on $160m? Being undercut by Chinese knock offs.
I will see about shorting this on Monday
