What you may want to look up is a recent legal action filed in Orange County, California under Judge Ronald L. Bauer.
Case number: 30-2018 - 01031227-CU-BT-CXC

You will find it rather interesting. We just received a copy of it over the weekend. It was filed November 8, 2018.
The filing involves Mr. Lanham, Mr. Michael Wright, Mr. John Oda, Inolife Technologies Inc., Inolife Technologies Operations, Inc, Inolife Sciences, Inc., Inolife Operations, Inolife Corporation, 8687544 Canada, Inc. and a gentleman that is rather suprising Mr. J. F. Amyot.
I would suggest that everyone Google Mr. Amyot and determine actually what all is behind this entire group.
